    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается вопрос содержания лекции «Символы России». Предлагается выделить в структуре лекции такие вопросы, как понятие, функции и виды символов. Высказывается идея о раскрытии вопроса об официальных символах Российской Федерации через призму исторического ряда, в котором стоят герб, флаг и гимн, а также предлагается более подробно рассмотреть их взаимное дополнение и использование. Неофициальные символы России рассматриваются в лекции как отражение культурных кодов. Предлагаются задания к практическим занятиям, проводимым после лекции.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается вопрос участия начальника Главного управления по делам местного хозяйства МВД С.Н. Гербеля в переговорах П.Д. Святополк-Мирского с представителями либеральной общественности в октябре-ноябре 1904 г. В работе кратко характеризуется исторический контекст, содержание, состав участников и итоги закулисных встреч министра. Отдельное внимание уделяется биографии С.Н. Гербеля, указывается на наличие у него опыта как общественной, так и государственной деятельности. Автор оценивает вклад С.Н. Гербеля в подготовку и организацию неформальных переговоров главы МВД с его контрагентами. Реконструируется хронология посреднических действий С.Н. Гербеля, а также предпринимается попытка объяснить их логику и выявить связь с процессом формирования внутриполитического кризиса осенью 1904 г.

    In history, the study of Seneca is more about the philosophical thoughts of his Stoians and Seneca, and rarely mentions Seneca's educational thought. However, through the research of Seneca's works, the author found that his philosophical thoughts deeply influenced the whole educational thought, including playing an enlightening role in the continuation and expansion of modern education. His philosophical views on nature, virtue, rationality, parents and other fields played a role in the expansion and continuation of modern education. Seneca's philosophy has played a positive role in modern education.

    Abstract:
    Among the classic works on the philosophy of education, the work of George Herbert Mead occupies a special place. Mead points out that we usually approach education in reverse, focusing, even in the early years, on assessing and ranking children on their individual performance. We also make adult goals central, breaking adult understandings into fragments that children absorb piecemeal, without meaning. Mead suggests that these priorities should be reversed. We should begin with simple social activities, such as play, which involves shared activities or simple division of roles. We should also begin with an emphasis on social-emotional comfort and connection rather than intellectual activity, gradually moving to more autonomous and intellectually oriented activities.
