    Abstract:
    Монография посвящена исследованию эффективного управления ресурсами предприятий оборонно-промышленного комплекса (ОПК) в условиях их инновационного развития. В ней раскрываются современные теоретические подходы, методы и инструментарий использования материальных и интеллектуальных ресурсов для повышения инновационного потенциала и конкурентоспособности отечественного промышленного сектора. Особое внимание уделяется анализу оптимизации управления процессом разработки, внедрения и сопровождения инновационных технологий в ОПК. Авторами проанализированы особенности функционирования предприятий ОПК в современных условиях и представлены рекомендации по созданию устойчивой инновационной среды, включающей цифровые платформы и инструменты автоматизации управления. Рассмотрены механизмы кооперационного взаимодействия, цифровизации производственных цепочек и эффективного использования интеллектуального капитала, обеспечивающие рост научно-технического потенциала и устойчивое инновационное развитие предприятий. Определены риски и механизмы обеспечения этого развития. Данная монография рекомендуется специалистам и руководителям предприятий ОПК, а также аспирантам и студентам, изучающим экономику, управление производством и инновационный менеджмент в промышленности.     В монографии исследованы важные научно-практические вопросы проблемы совершенствования управления развитием предприятий оборонно-промышленного комплекса в период проведения гибридной войны, развязанной странами Запада против России, и специальной военной операции. В ней комплексно рассмотрены основные направления совершенствования методологии и инструментария оценки данных предприятий и прогнозирования их развития. Разработанный инструментарий управления долгосрочным устойчивым развитием предприятий ОПК учитывает его современную специфику, а также новые задачи военного строительства в России. Представленные методики, модели и алгоритмы приемлемы для совершенствования инструментария управления развитием предприятий различных отраслей ОПК, т.к. имеют универсальный характер. Решение рассматриваемых в монографии вопросов позволяет существенно повысить эффективность развития предприятий ОПК в период расширенного воспроизводства продукции военного и двойного назначения.     Abstract:
    The chapter discusses the managerial aspects of the development of new technologies at enterprises of the Russian defense industry in the digital economy. The relevance of the study is determined by several circumstances. Firstly, it is the market of anti-UAVs that has been studied to a lesser extent than the UAVs themselves. Drones, both as a military solution and as civil technologies, are currently in the focus of attention of the scientific and professional community. At the same time, systems aimed at countering UAVs do not receive due attention. Secondly, for military-technical cooperation of the Russian Federation, the market of anti-UAVS is of great interest: since UAVs themselves are being adopted almost everywhere, it can be expected that in the near future the market will require appropriate solutions aimed at countering these systems. Thirdly, the international arms market itself is in a constant state of change, and these changes should receive proper scientific assessment.

  • German Contribution to Archeological Study of the Golden Horde Ukek: A Review of Ethnographic Sources

    Abstract:
    The article presents a chronological overview of the study of the Uvek settlement. Arguably one of the oldest cities and major political and economic centers of the Golden Horde, Ukek stood at the intersection of the Northern branch of the Great Silk Road and the Great Volga Trade Route, providing trade caravans and embassies a safe way across the Volga on their further journey to the Crimea or Scandinavia. It is noted that having been weakened by the decline of trade and the plague outbreak, Ukek was completely destroyed by Tamerlane and soon forgotten. It is safe to say that much of the credit for conducting research of that archaeological site belongs to researchers from countries other than Russia. The aim of the article is to reveal the role of German researchers in the study of Ukek. Methods of research. The author provides a timeline of the research of the Uvek archaeological site carried out by German archeologists. Having consulted various sources, primarily academic papers, the author has been able to collect information about the German researchers of Ukek and analyze their academic contribution. It is noted that the first scientific publication about Ukek was published in German as German researchers revealed the connection between Ukek and the Uvek settlement and started the first excavations there. As a result of the analysis, the article concludes that German archeologists, being at the origins of the research of the Uvek archaeological site, contributed to the formation of the traditions of the archeological schools of Volga region. The author emphasizes that the course of the study of the Ukek heritage is important for understanding the cultural and historical processes in the Volga region that facilitated academic links between this region and Europe.

  • Ahsikent – A Unique Site of Fergana Valley

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the issues of Ahsikent’s archaeological sites museumification. The aim of the article is to consider Ahsikent, which is the only thoroughly explored historical city of Ferghana, where as a result of archeological studies pottery in which iron and copper from Shakhristan were melted, as well as metal furnaces from artisans’ trade shops were found. Methods of study. The archaeological study of the site, which is described as "Fergana Afrosiyob", began in 1885. The results of the research. Excavations have shown that in the trade shops of Ahsikent various objects made with simplest metal and used for building and housekeeping, as well as swords and kargases that are capable to cut stones and not break when bending. The author also outlines that items found on the territory of Ahsikent indicate a high level of development of various crafts: pottery, metallurgy of bronze, contexture, jewelry, etc. The article also describes the methods of chemical conservation of sites, in particular, specific steps to restore the historical site of the The article also describes methods of chemical preservation of sites, specific steps to restore the historical site are proposed, among them: restoration of the ancient medieval appearance of Ahsikent with drawings and reliefs that depict the landscapes of Ahsikent; demonstration of the political, social and economic state of Ahsikent (writing, medical articles, coins); publication of decorative and applied art created by artisans (ceramics, glassware, jewelry), items related to military art (weapons of soldiers, arrows, bows), architectural structures (fragments of architectural decoration, foundations, stone products, ceramic pipes, wall paintings). It is concluded that it would be advisable to organize a multi-sided, deep and thorough study of the site of Ahsikent by attracting appropriate different specialists, turn Ahsikent into an open-air museum and introduce this area to international tourist destinations.
