    Abstract:
    The article examines the methodology of comprehensive economic and legal analysis as a tool for assessing the reliability of counterparties and minimizing business risks. Using the example of specific companies (JSC "Forum Electro" and LLC "ElectroPartner"), the practical application of an integrated approach combining financial diagnostics, verification of legal integrity and analysis of arbitration practice is demonstrated. The author has developed and tested assessment algorithms that made it possible to identify key risk indicators and determine the level of reliability of business entities. Special attention is paid to the operationalization of the principle of due diligence through a system of formalized criteria. In conclusion, the effectiveness of the proposed methodology is substantiated and recommendations for its implementation in the corporate risk management system are formulated.

    Abstract:
    Автор статьи подчеркивает, что в настоящее время проблема ненадёжности контрагентов становится все более актуальной, ведь от них во многом зависит ситуация на рынке. В текущих условиях рыночной экономики неминуемо возросла необходимость повышать уровень защищенности хозяйствующего субъекта во избежание ненамеренного участия в мошеннических схемах, а также, чтобы не понести потери, став жертвой махинаций. Отмечается, что экономико-правовой анализ является необходимым мероприятием для обеспечения безопасности хозяйствующего субъекта, ведь это один из немногих внешних факторов, на который возможно повлиять, в отличие от таких рисков, как изменения в законодательстве, форс-мажорные риски, инфляция, курс валют, снижение спроса или покупательской способности, а также нестабильная экономическая ситуация в стране.

    Abstract:
    The 21st century can be characterized as a time of progressive development in science and technology. This process has affected all spheres of activity: innovative models of various technologies are increasingly appearing on the market, in medicine – prosthetics and artificial organs, in transportation – electric cars and driverless vehicles, in agriculture – the genetic modification of crops. Scientific and technological progress has not bypassed the spheres of law and economics, synthesizing them to neutralize new risks. In the context of a modern market economy, the need to improve the level of protection for business entities is growing, as the digitalization process accelerates, new large-scale systems, applications, and platforms emerge that carry not only positive aspects but also risks for businesses. These risks are mitigated through the symbiosis of law and economics – through economic and legal analysis.
