- В статье рассматривается проблема доступности судебной статистики в условиях, когда доступ к данным о работе судов и правоохранительных органов ограничен. Анализируются причины закрытости статистической информации и её влияние на качество правоприменения и доверие граждан к судебной системе. Рассматриваются возможности автоматизированных систем для повышения достоверности учёта, а также риски, связанные с человеческим фактором, несовместимостью программ и другими сложностями.

Transformation of the Structure of Corruption Crime in Russia (2021–2024): A Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis Based on Judicial Statistics

- This article examines the transformation of the structure of corruption-related crime in the Russian Federation over the period from 2021 to 2024. Based on the analysis of official judicial statistics provided by the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, and the Unified Interdepartmental Statistical Information System (UISIS), key quantitative and qualitative trends are identified. Particular attention is paid to the period after 2022, characterized by a significant increase in the activity of law enforcement agencies. The problems of departmental statistics (fragmentation, latency) are systematized. It is concluded that there is a shift of corruption risks to the area of public procurement and the need for data consolidation for an effective anti-corruption policy.
