    Abstract:
    В статье представлен опыт работы психолого-педагогических классов Ивановской области и результаты. Выявлена мотивация выбора класса, высокая осведомленность о факультативе «Введение в педагогическую профессию», его значимость, легкость усвоения. Анализ практики и портфолио «Я – педагог» выявил снижение твердой мотивации к педагогике. Предложены меры: усиление практики, квалификация педагогов, встречи с профессионалами.
