    В статье рассматривается адаптация модели трансдисциплинарной экосистемы экспериментального обучения (TELE), разработанной в контексте Индустрии 4.0, к преподаванию в вузе цикла профессиональных ИТ-дисциплин («Операционные системы и среды», «Тестирование информационных систем», «Разработка кода ИС», «Внедрение ИС», «Сопровождение ИС», «Инженерно-техническая поддержка сопровождения ИС», «Основы проектирования баз данных», «Автоматизация и управление БД»). Предлагается методика организации сквозного проектного обучения, при котором студенты выполняют реальный заказ (разработку и поддержку информационной системы) как единую трансдисциплинарную задачу. Приводятся конкретные формы занятий для бакалавриата и колледжа, анализируются первые результаты и организационные вызовы.

    В статье рассматривается реализация педагогической методики «Обучение служением» в подготовке IT-специалистов педагогического вуза на примере разработки чат-бота для автоматизированной проверки программных заданий. Обоснована актуальность автоматизации контрольно-оценочной деятельности преподавателя и описана архитектура программного решения на основе Telegram-бота. Показан функционал приложения с позиций преподавателя и обучающихся, а также полный цикл его работы от создания задания до получения результатов проверки. Результаты апробации в ходе педагогической практики подтверждают эффективность разработанного решения и его потенциал внедрения в образовательный процесс.

    The authors note that in the context of digitalization and transnational information exchange, it is of particular importance to protect the rights of holders of exclusive rights to intellectual property results used on the Internet through recognition of rights, their state registration and fixation through non-governmental instruments, contacting the competent authorities in case of violation and applying liability measures for their violation. Based on this, the authors conclude that effective protection of intellectual property on the Internet requires not only the integrated application of existing national mechanisms, but also coordinated international legal efforts aimed at overcoming jurisdictional barriers, balancing the interests of copyright holders and users, as well as adapting traditional legal structures to the realities of the digital economy.

    This article provides an analytical description of the importance of the television industry in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation for shaping public opinion among the population of Russia's regions. It convincingly emphasizes that, despite the total dominance of social media in the media space, television broadcasting retains a significant position in the media market, maintaining and strengthening this position through the virtualization of its content and its transformation into digital broadcasting. This article examines and analyzes the factors that determine the priority of regional television channels in shaping public opinion in the constituent entities of the modern Russian Federation.     The authors note that the current stage of development of digital technologies and the global Internet has led to a profound transformation of the system of turnover and protection of intellectual property objects, increased access to digital content and easier copying have led to an increase in the number of copyright violations, including illegal reproduction, distribution and modification of works. The authors draw attention to the cross-border nature of the Internet, which creates additional difficulties in determining the applicable law and jurisdiction of competent authorities, and the anonymity of users and the lack of uniform international regulatory standards make it difficult to implement effective protection mechanisms.     New times dictate new tools for testing students' knowledge in the educational process. In the context of digitalization and the integration of technology into education, attention is focused on the advantages of using messengers, in particular Telegram, for interaction between participants in the educational process. The main idea of the article is that Telegram bots can significantly simplify and modernize knowledge assessment processes, making them more accessible and interactive. The author outlines how bots can be used to create tests, surveys, and other forms of knowledge control, allowing students to receive instant feedback. This not only increases student engagement, but also contributes to better learning of the material. The article highlights the importance of introducing new technologies into the education system and suggests Telegram bots as one of the most promising tools for promoting active learning and modern knowledge control.

    Abstract:
    Развитие интернет-технологий и социальных медиа предоставило террористическим организациям новый мощный инструмент для распространения идеологии, рекрутирования новых членов и планирования терактов, что является серьезной угрозой для мирового сообщества. Поэтому исследование этой проблемы становится все более актуальным для обеспечения безопасности и сдерживания террористической активности в сети. Террористы используют различные методы, такие как распространение пропаганды, обучение онлайн и создание виртуальных сообществ для радикализации пользователей Интернета. Многие страны и международные организации разрабатывают стратегии противодействия распространению радикализации в онлайн-среде, включая мониторинг контента и блокировку экстремистских материалов. В статье проанализирован теракт в Москве 22 марта 2024 г., подчеркнута важность понимания методов и стратегий, используемых террористами в Интернете, а также необходимость эффективных мер противодействия этой угрозе.

The object of research is creative industries in the data economy. The subject is organizational and managerial aspects in the field of remote (online) work, which, in combination with digital technologies, are the basis for the development of creative industries in the data economy. The objective of the research: to clarify the information about the participants of the process, professions of creative industries, digital technologies, efficiency assessment in the field of remote (online) forms of employment in the Russian economic space; formation of the creative industries’ market architecture based on remote (online) forms of work. Research methods: analysis, synthesis, classification, comparative analysis, method of analogies.   • Lexical and Semantic Parallels of Yakut and Telengit Folklore Prose

    Abstract:
    Interest in the research topic arose as a result of studying the texts of folklore prose of the Yakuts and Telengits. Used method, i.e. reliance on scientific works, collection of facts, comparative analysis of lexical-semantic parallels led to interesting results. The identified samples from the folklore of peoples separated by a huge distance and an independent history of development indicate the presence of common roots. Legends reflect the peculiarities of the ideological ideas of ethnic groups, spiritual and moral values, religious views; at the same time, commonality is found not only in the lexico-semantic plan, but also in the compositional structure of the presentation of the material and the syntax of texts. The changes are quite insignificant, for example, in the Yakut version of the legend «Dispute» the image of a large animal is transformed in accordance with the realities of the Arctic nature, for example, a camel turns into an elk. The thematic approach to the consideration of examples allows us to come to the conclusion that most of the coincidences fall on the texts of religious and everyday content. Some examples from onomastics also speak of ancient linguistic contacts or testify to migration processes among the Turkic-speaking ethnic groups, which have not yet received proper coverage in historical science. In the conclusion of the article, it is said about the need to attract more extensive material to the comparative historical study of the phenomenon. Based on the comprehension of the collected material, an assumption is made about the stability of individual lexemes and lexical-semantic constructions in the translation of the traditional beliefs of the people.

  • Experience in the Use of Scripting Languages in Distance Learning: Advantages and Disadvantages

    The article is devoted to the consideration of scripting languages (scripts) used in distance learning. The aim of the research is to assess the satisfaction of distance learning (DL) participants and identify the advantages and disadvantages of the main platforms using scripting languages. Research methods. In the article, based on 3 years of experience in using tools for DL, the positive and negative aspects of the use of various scripting languages (scripts) for organizing distance learning and teleconferences are reviewed. The sample size is represented by a three-year period, during which 5,712 teleconferences were held. The questionnaire responses of 2500 participants were analyzed. The sections of the assessment dealt with the satisfaction of the DL participants and the functionality of the script tools. Results. The majority of participants were satisfied with the use of BigBlue Point, Jitsi, Zoom systems. The interviewees indicated the need for registration (49%) and the mandatory download of the application (42%) as the main shortcomings. It is concluded that absolutely reliable criteria for choosing a platform, which is associated with a large number of specific factors and tasks, have not been identified. It is emphasized that creation of domestic products seems to be a promising area of activity for developers.
