- The article proposes the use of Balint supervision in coaching practice. Using two case studies, the article demonstrates how group work can help restore professional resilience, reduce emotional stress, and provide a different perspective on the coach-client relationship. The article also discusses the possibilities and limitations of this method in the coaching environment.
