    Abstract:
    This article examines the relationship between the semantic meaning of color and religious identity from a cultural studies perspective. The aim of the study is to identify the specifics of color associations using Orthodox Christians and atheists as examples. The study utilizes the Religious Commitment Inventory (RCI-10), the Questionnaire on Color Semantics in Religious Context (QCS-RC), and Yu. V. Shcherbatykh's Test of the Structure of Individual Religiosity. The results confirm that color symbolism acts as a stable marker of an individual's cultural code, influencing self-identification processes. The findings can be used in psychological and pedagogical support for the development of interreligious dialogue in the educational environment.

    Abstract:
    В статье уточняется, за счёт каких психологических и контекстных механизмов религиозная идентичность может поддерживать либо осложнять профессиональную реализацию мусульманок. Предлагается модель, связывающая значимость и видимость идентичности, характеристики организационной среды и показатели профессионального благополучия (карьерная самоэффективность, удовлетворённость, стрессоустойчивость, субъективная успешность). Рассматривается «работа по управлению видимостью» (решения о том, что демонстрировать и как объяснять нормы), как скрытая нагрузка и источник риска выгорания. На этой основе формулируются прикладные выводы для доказательного коучинга: операционализация целей, мониторинг динамики, навыки переговоров границ, стратегии самопрезентации и профилактика эмоционального истощения. Намечен план эмпирической проверки модели в смешанном дизайне (опросные методики + полуструктурированное интервью).
