- Abstract:
- The integration of information technology into various areas of professional activity, including office work, necessitates the development of appropriate legislative regulation. This study analyzes the existing regulatory framework governing the use of information technology in office work, with the aim of identifying both the regulated aspects and existing gaps. The results of the analysis indicate partial legislative coverage of issues related to the use of information technology in office work, while remaining challenges remain.
