    Abstract:
    В статье представлены результаты исследования аэробной работоспособности гандболистов 18–20 лет. Тестирование проводилось в лаборатории функциональной диагностики Национального государственного университета физической культуры, спорта и здоровья имени П.Ф. Лесгафта. Использовались беговая дорожка Ergo-fit и газоанализатор Quark CPET для измерения максимального потребления кислорода (МПК) и порога анаэробного обмена (ПАНО). Средние значения МПК составили 44,3 ± 1,2 мл/кг/мин, а ПАНО – 34,6 ± 0,8 мл/кг/мин. Сравнительный анализ с данными профессиональных гандболистов Северной Македонии показал, что результаты сопоставимы с показателями фланговых и линейных игроков, но ниже, чем у полусредних. Отсутствие данных по игровому амплуа и антропометрии ограничивает возможность оценки соответствия аэробной подготовленности требованиям различных позиций.

    Abstract:
    Abstract: The article substantiates the need to integrate the principles of ergonomics of the architectural environment into the content of the discipline "Safety of life" in the preparation of students of architectural universities. The interrelation of ergonomics and architectural safety is revealed, a pedagogical model of the formation of ergonomic competence is presented, and the results of a pedagogical experiment are described. A structure of professionally oriented tasks has been developed, and a flowchart for integrating ergonomic requirements into the learning process has been proposed. It is proved that the inclusion of ergonomic analysis in the discipline of the Belarusian Railways contributes to the formation of professional responsibility of the architect and to improving the quality of design solutions.
