    Abstract:
    Within the framework of the historical-reconstructive approach, the analysis of the fundamentals of collective theory is considered from socio-psychological, educational- pedagogical and pedological positions. Based on the ideas of these three directions, the chapter highlights the general collective features that affect the internal dynamics and quality of interpersonal interaction strategies displayed in the collective system. The integration of acquired knowledge is used to build modern methodological models of educational systems of educational institutions.
