- The author examines cognitive visualization as a means of overcoming psychological discomfort in teaching foreign students journalistic skills. Based on a review and theoretical analysis, the use of this approach is justified as an educational format that enables students not only to engage in the learning process but also to stimulate creative activity, fostering sustained involvement in educational activities. Using the example of working with students from China, the potential of cognitive visualization in overcoming the psychological discomfort of learners is substantiated.
