    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена анализу пилотного проекта реформирования высшего образования в России, направленного на внедрение трехуровневой системы подготовки (базовое высшее образование – специализированное образование – аспирантура). Рассматриваются нормативные основания реформы (Указ Президента РФ от 12.05.2023), ключевые принципы трансформации (гибкость, интеграция науки и практики) и механизмы реализации проекта на базе шести ведущих университетов. Особое внимание уделено содержательному наполнению 113 образовательных программ в приоритетных областях (естественные науки, инженерное дело, педагогика), а также обозначены основные вызовы реализации проекта: структурные проблемы кадрового обеспечения, устаревание содержания стандартов. Доказывается, что апробация новой модели позволит создать масштабируемую систему, сочетающую международные тенденции с национальными образовательными традициями, включая использование необходимых инструментов.

Анализируются правовые коллизии, возникающие при квалификации обособленных подразделений, а также противоречия в судебной практике и интерпретациях налоговых органов. Особое внимание уделяется влиянию корпоративной структуры на право применения специального налогового режима в контексте последних изменений законодательства. Предлагаются рекомендации по оптимизации налогового планирования с учетом правовых рисков.

В статье исследуются основные причины, приводящие к систематическому превышению лимитов наполнения следственных изоляторов, анализируются негативные эффекты этого явления в контексте обеспечения прав человека и надлежащего функционирования правоохранительных органов. Предлагаются комплексные меры по преодолению данной проблемы.

    This chapter discusses the concept of «ecosystem», widely used in business and strategic management, focusing on its well-known definitions in the literature, as well as the relationships between the concepts of «system», «value chain», and «supply chain». To identify the relationship between these concepts, a graphical visualization is proposed, demonstrating the distinctive feature (characteristic property) of ecosystem from other organizational forms of business and other constructs. The connection between the concepts of «system» and «ecosystem» is also established, confirming the rationale for introducing this term for this concept.

    Abstract:
    The relevance of the study is due to the total trend towards digitalization in the Russian Federation, which covers a wide range of sectors of the national economy. The purpose of the study is to identify trends in the development of industrial ecosystems in the context of the total implementation of digital technologies and the need to ensure technological sovereignty. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is empirical (expert assessments, study of production experience) and theoretical (system analysis, categorical analysis, comparison, generalization, decision-making) methods. The chapter discusses the main reasons for the transition to a new stage in the development of industry and the economy of the Russian Federation. The main advantages of digital industrial ecosystems are formulated. The tools that ensure the functioning of digital industrial ecosystems are described and examples of their successful implementation are given. Based on the analysis of publications of domestic scientists, strategies for the further development of digital industrial ecosystems are proposed.

    In today's rapidly evolving technological landscape, the concept of «smart homes» has evolved beyond mere appliance control. Automation systems like «KNX» offer new opportunities for enhancing comfort, safety, and efficiency in daily life. In an era where health, productivity, and energy conservation are of utmost importance, integrating «smart» technologies into sports programs and daily routines has become increasingly relevant. This research aims to explore the potential of automation systems in supporting athletes' training and recovery processes, potentially improving their functional performance and physical readiness. The purpose of the work is to analyze the impact of the Smart Home system on the physical condition of athletes during physical training. The research objectives included: studying automation systems and their theoretical foundations; analyzing popular digital protocols; evaluating the impact of Smart Home systems on household processes in indoor environments; identifying the level of awareness among students about the concept of an «intelligent home»; and determining the nature of the influence of automated electronic systems on the training process and recovery of athletes. The object of the study is the Smart Home automation systems and their application in everyday life. The subject of the study is the impact of automation systems on the optimization of the training process, recovery, health, and safety of athletes. The hypothesis was formulated: the use of Smart Home automation systems, such as KNX, will improve the training process, accelerate the recovery of athletes, reduce the risk of injuries, and increase the energy efficiency of sports facilities. The following methods were used in the research process: analysis of literary and Internet sources; sociological survey; programming and configuration based on «ETS» for «KNX»; analysis and generalization of the results obtained. The results obtained confirmed the possibility and expediency of introducing the electronic system «Smart House» in the process of physical and sports training. When preparing the chapter of the collective monograph, the results of the scientific and creative activity of the author of this work were used together with the graduate of the Krasnodar branch of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, A.E. Bondarenko, who carried out the completion and configuration of computer programs of the automated system «Smart House» [2].

    The chapter presents a detailed analysis of the methodological crisis of modern psychology, characterized by «horizontal fragmentation» and the loss of the integral subject of research. As a way out of the crisis, a paradigmatic shift is proposed: the transition from the study of individual mental functions to the study of consciousness as a multi-level phenomenon. superior to the conventional categories of «norm» and «pathology». Psyche is defined as a holographic system that includes biophysical, phenomenological and transpersonal levels. To provide methodological support for the new paradigm, a synthesis of Husserl's phenomenology, quantum theories of consciousness, and contemporary practices is proposed.     В статье исследуется российско-китайское образовательное и научное сотрудничество в контексте построения суверенной системы образования в РФ. Показано, что в России успешно осуществляется построение суверенной системы образования. Построение такой системы требует, с одной стороны, усиления роли традиционных ценностей в процессе преподавания и укрепления гуманитарного, в т. ч. педагогического, образования, с другой стороны, активизации международного сотрудничества в научно-образовательной сфере с другими суверенными системами образования. Одним из направлений такого сотрудничества является взаимодействие с Китаем, которому уделяется значительное внимание в т. ч. в Благовещенском государственном педагогическом университете (научно и административно).

    Обслуживание и ремонт автомобилей с высокотехнологичным наполнением требует привлечения высококвалифицированных рабочих. Для того чтобы повысить их уверенность в работе с дорогостоящими узлами и агрегатами транспортных средств, необходимы новые формы, методы и средства профессиональной подготовки. В этой связи предлагается обратить внимание студентов на возможности виртуальных практикумов. Данные практикумы позволяют повысить эффективность формирования профессионального мышления данной группы студентов, существенно снизить финансовые и кадровые затраты на ремонт учебных агрегатов и узлов автомобилей. Ведущими методами исследования стали: анализ научной литературы и педагогический эксперимент.
