    Abstract:
    The study examines the methods of transmitting the connection between a visual image and meaningful text content as one of the problems in design education. It determines the role of the principles of user experience design in the formation of effective educational platforms. The study provides information about the stages of the evolution of graphic editors and substantiates the need for continuity of traditional approaches to solving design tasks in the digital environment, using the example of changes in the content of visual products, taking into account changes in the forms and pedagogical technologies of transmitting the material, and the semantic conditioning of the designer's actions.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the specifics of protecting exclusive rights to photographic works on the Internet amid mass circulation of digital visual content and the ease of reproducing images. It analyzes typical infringement patterns (copying, website posting, use in design and infographics), key evidentiary issues and the preservation of digital traces, as well as limits of free use—primarily in the context of quotation and the unlawful “illustration” of third-party materials. Drawing on current judicial approaches and clarifications by higher courts, the article proposes measures to improve enforcement while maintaining a balance between rights holders and Internet users.

    Abstract:
    The main aspects of the interrelation of illustrating the text and methods of their perception are revealed in the article. For a more convincing and full-fledged visualization of a literary work, a comprehensive and in-depth study of episodes of the text is necessary. The purpose of the article is to identify the interrelation between the visual arts and philology – the methods and form of studying a literary work for its further illustration. In connection with this the following tasks were set out: 1) to identify the main methods and ways of a literary work perception; 2) to analyze and compare specific ways of illustration; 3) identify the features of book design creation. The following features of illustration were revealed during the study: its interrelation with the text, functions of replenishment and explanations, the influence of visual perception, integrity and semantic logic of creating drawings for text, taking into account the purpose of illustration (age, scientific character, visibility, etc.), the use of appropriate technology of illustration.
