    Abstract:
    В статье анализируются юридические и политические аспекты языковой проблемы, возникшие в последнее время в субъектах Российской Федерации. В начале девяностых годов прошлого столетия в условиях демократизации общества и с учетом федеративного устройства и правового характера Российской Федерации, в её субъектах, опираясь на конституционные положения федерации, в её республиках в законодательном порядке были установлены двуязычия как государственные. Автор статьи, используя логико-правовой, сравнительно-правовой методы и метод правового моделирования приходит к выводу о том, что решение национально-языковых проблем многонациональной и многоязычной Российской Федерации возможно лишь на основе серьезного научного анализа конкретных языковых ситуаций и учета зарубежного опыта языкового развития.
