    This article presents a systematic approach to developing life safety fundamentals in preschool children, taking into account the regional characteristics of the Krasnodar Krai. It explores methodological aspects and summarizes the practical experience of the Krasnodar Municipal Preschool Educational Institution "Child Development Center – Kindergarten No. 115" in this area. It describes effective ways of organizing work with children, parents, and teachers, and presents the results of thematic projects and events.

    Abstract:
    The article considers the current state of the water supply system of the Krasnodar Territory from the point of view of municipal infrastructure management, special attention is paid to the problem of network wear. Statistical data on the provision of the population with water, the scale and age of the network infrastructure, as well as the dynamics of reducing network wear over the last decade are presented. The main problems associated with high physical wear of water supply networks and its consequences for management were analysed: an increase in accidents, significant water losses, financial difficulties of enterprises and the need for large-scale modernisation. The measures taken by regional authorities to update networks (modernisation programs, investments, concession agreements and national projects) and management approaches to solving the identified problems are described.     С 2011 г. произошло расширение ареала адвентивного комара Aedes (Stegomyia) аlbopictus (Skuse, 1895) (переносчика лихорадок Зика, Денге, Чикунгунья, желтой) по Черноморскому побережью, вглубь территории Краснодарского края и Республики Адыгея. В 2021 г. комары этого вида обнаружены в приграничных с Краснодарским краем районах Ставропольского края. В восточном и северо-восточном направлении граница ареала A. аlbopictus в данный момент проходит по территории Кочубеевского и Новоалександровского районов Ставропольского края.

Авторы пришли к выводу, что как в России, так и в Краснодарском крае будет в краткосрочной перспективе наблюдаться рост объемов кредитования и рост удельного веса просроченной задолженности и объемов задолженности.
