However, the solution of these problems in the paradigm of sustainable economic development will not only expand existing opportunities, but also will create conditions for the application of new economic models for the gradual development of regions. We consider different methods and strategies for sustainable economic development in this article.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассмотрены вопросы, связанные с внедрением в регионах методов оценки эффективности государственно-частного партнерства в функционировании инвестиционно-строительного комплекса. В настоящее время в Чеченской Республике развивается «зеленое» строительство, которое направлено на рациональное использование ресурсов. В статье сделан вывод о необходимости применения стратегии инвестиционного развития в «зеленой» экономике, что способствовало бы социально-экономическому развитию Чеченской Республики.
