    Abstract:
    Автором приводятся доводы о возможности проведения проверки показаний на месте события в судебном следствии при рассмотрении уголовных дел с участием присяжных заседателей. Обосновывается уникальность указанного судебного действия, которое в настоящее время не регулируется УПК РФ, а также, необходимость его использования в суде. В статье предпринята попытка определить основания и обязательные условия производства проверки показаний на месте с участием присяжных заседателей. Предложены отдельные тактические приемы, направленные на повышение эффективности указанного судебного действия.

    Abstract:
    In the scientific article the actual questions of production of check of indications on a place are considered. The authors conclude that the production of verification of indications on the spot has distinctive features. To date, in criminal procedure science and partly in practice, there are discussions about the independence of verification of testimony on the spot as an investigative action. The authors formulated proposals to improve the norms of criminal procedure legislation.
