    Abstract:
    The chapter provides a comprehensive theoretical and methodological analysis of the essence, genesis and features of the development of the digital economy as a qualitatively new stage in the evolution of economic relations. The evolution of digital technologies in historical retrospect is studied – from the creation of the first programming languages to modern technologies of artificial intelligence, big data and the Internet of Things. The main approaches to the definition of the “digital economy” category are systematized. A comparative analysis of key terms is carried out: digitization, digitalization and digital transformation; the author's definitions distinguishing these concepts are proposed. A structural and logical scheme for managing the digital transformation of an enterprise has been developed, and the stages of its implementation have been substantiated. The risks and barriers of digital transformation have been identified, and approaches to their minimization have been proposed.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается влияние цифровой зрелости предприятий на их экономические результаты. Анализ основан на данных 8 412 компаний промышленности и сервисного сектора за период 2015–2024 гг. Представлены теоретические подходы к пониманию цифрового капитала, методология формирования индекса цифровой зрелости IDM и результаты кластеризации предприятий по уровню цифровой интеграции. Выявлены группы компаний с различной структурой цифровых компетенций и показано, что высокие уровни зрелости связаны с качественным переходом в динамике выручки.

На основе анализа официальных данных и отчетов рассматриваются ключевые проекты, их целевые показатели и достигнутые результаты. Особое внимание уделяется влиянию внедрения цифровых технологий на повышение доступности, качества и управляемости медицинской помощи. Опыт Чувашии идентифицируется как один из наиболее показательных примеров достижения «цифровой зрелости» в отрасли здравоохранения в Российской Федерации.

Приведены актуальность, цели и этапы создания цифрового профиля предприятия. В статье также приводятся примеры российских предприятий, использовавших цифровой профиль, и некоторые программы для его создания. Сделан акцент на значимости интеграции цифрового профиля с другими информационными системами для оптимизации бизнес-процессов. Описываются проблемы, возникающие при создании цифрового профиля, и подчёркивается важность привлечения экспертов для успешной подготовки специалистов соответствующего профиля.

    The achieved level of digital maturity, digitalization problems, factors impeding the introduction of digital technologies in the industry, the main directions of technology use, the market capacity of individual digital technologies in agriculture, and the prospects for digitalization are considered. Methods of systemic, comparative, monographic, graphical analysis were used. The results of the study are to identify the key directions and benefits of digitalization of agriculture: the formation of digital platforms, the targeted selection of individual digital technologies suitable for agriculture.
