    Abstract:
    Статья раскрывает понятие «преступление» и рассматривает классификации преступлений против мира и безопасности человечества. Опираясь на статьи 353–361 главы 34 Уголовного кодекса Российской Федерации, обозначаются виды противоправных деяний данного характера, указываются меры всевозможных правовых санкций за их совершение. Дается определение таким терминам, как «война», «наемник», «мародерство», «геноцид» и «экоцид». Текст статьи содержит ссылки на такие нормативно-правовые акты, как Конституция РФ, Уголовный кодекс РФ, Федеральный закон №101-ФЗ «О международных договорах Российской Федерации». Кроме того, в статье упоминаются международно-правовые акты. Дается краткая характеристика всех видов преступлений против мира и человечества, а также составляется вывод о значимости правового регулирования данного вопроса.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the analysis of the attitude of citizens towards the use of an exceptional measure of punishment in the territory of the state – the death penalty. The analysis is carried out in relation to citizens of the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China, formerly 2 communist countries. The practice of applying the death penalty in Russia, studying the reasons for its abolition and subsequent return to force in the Russian Federation, as well as the practice of its public application in the PRC at the present time. The arguments and reasons for the possible lifting of the moratorium on the use of the death penalty in the Russian Federation and the study of the opinion of citizens on the return of the death penalty to particularly cruel and inhuman criminals are highlighted. Purpose: to conduct a retrospective study of state coercion on the territory of Russia in the form of the application of capital punishment – the death penalty, its methods and types of reasons for its application and abolition, the consequences of these decisions. Methods: systematic approach, historical and logical methods, analysis and synthesis, deduction, induction. Results. The analysis of the use of the death penalty in various historical periods of Russia and the study of similar topics, using the example of the PRC, allows us to consider the question of the return of the death penalty as an effective punishment in the Russian state. Conclusions. The theoretical validity of the return to the actual effect of a measure of state coercion in the form of the death penalty. Statements and discussion in the State Duma of the Russian Federation by top officials of the state on lifting the moratorium, a positive attitude and desire to return the death penalty, its application to particularly inhumane criminals against the background of historical and modern events. That is why there is a need for a detailed and qualitative study and discussion of the issue of lifting the moratorium and returning the death penalty as an institution of capital punishment.

    Abstract:
    В статье предпринята попытка раскрыть основания привлечения к ответственности, предусмотренной Уголовным кодексом Российской Федерации за преступления против здоровья ненасильственного характера, к которым можно отнести составы преступлений, предусмотренные ст. 121–125 УК РФ. Следует отметить, что к наиболее характерным преступлениям данной группы относятся неоказание помощи больному и оставление в опасности, но в статье затронуты и иные составы преступлений, связанные с данным деянием.
