Исследована специфика подозрительных сделок. Выявлены проблемы построения нормативной базы регулирования защиты нарушенных прав и законных интересов кредиторов. Даны рекомендации по устранению проблем в российском законодательстве относительно защиты нарушенных прав и законных интересов кредиторов.
