- Статья посвящена сложному процессу адаптации детей с нарушениями зрения в начальной школе. Авторы обращают внимание на основные проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются эти дети: недопонимание со стороны окружающих, низкая самооценка и ограниченные возможности в социальном взаимодействии. В статье рассматриваются факторы, влияющие на успешную адаптацию: роль родителей, учителей и специалистов в области тифлопедагогики, а также важность создания поддерживающей среды для этих детей. Исследование выделяет ключевые аспекты, которые способствуют эффективной социальной интеграции младших школьников с нарушением зрения, и предлагает практические рекомендации для улучшения их адаптационного опыта.

- The chapter is devoted to the study of personal and behavioral characteristics of adolescents experiencing difficulties in social adaptation. Theoretical approaches to the concept of "social adaptation of personality" are considered, characteristics of types of adaptation, its structural components are given. Special attention is paid to the socio-psychological disadaptation of adolescents. Classifications of types of disadaptation are given, the causes of adolescent maladaptation are highlighted. Based on the results of an ascertaining experiment in which 142 adolescents with normotypic development and deviant behavior took part, it was concluded that adolescents with deviant behavior have reduced competence in terms of establishing close friendships, which makes it difficult to understand another person. They have a reduced interest both in themselves and in other people. Such adolescents have expressed violations in self-acceptance and self-understanding, which, of course, makes it difficult for them to socialize in society

Formation of the Institution of Social Contract In Conditions of Digital Economy in Modern Russia

- Abstract:
- The article makes an attempt to analyze a new type of social assistance to low-income citizens, low-income families, as well as citizens in a difficult life situation in order to formulate proposals for its improvement. The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin during the meeting with senators held on 23 September 2020 pointed out that "One of the key factors in war on poverty is the social contract" (https://ria.ru/20200923/bednost-1577654986.html). The social contract is a very effective type of social assistance, as it is aimed to activating the citizens themselves in increasing their level of material security. As a result of the contract, they get the opportunity to find a permanent income, including by opening their own business or running a personal subsidiary farm, solve their difficult life situation, retraining. Despite the positive dynamics of the increase in the number of signed social contracts, the mechanism of these contracts itself needs to be improved. In particular, the author suggests that social protection institutions move to proactive social work with poor citizens, informing them more fully about the features of the social contract. It is also proposed to transfer the distribution of quotas for the conclusion of a social contract in various areas of the activities carried out within its framework to the subjects of the Russian Federation, to revise the terms of the social contract in the direction of «job search».

Opportunities to Optimize Social and Psychological Adaptation of Elementary School Children With Autism Spectrum Disorder in Inclusive Education

- The results of testing the model of psychological and pedagogical support for elementary school children with autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disabilities who are studying in inclusive education are presented in the article. The main target groups and activities of specialists within the framework of the implementation of this model are identified, and the possibilities of using applied behavior analysis in the organization of support are determined. The importance of interaction of all subjects of the educational environment in creating the conditions necessary for successful socialization of children is updated. Research methods and materials: observation, comparison, analysis of testing the model of psychological and pedagogical support for children with intellectual disabilities. Testing was carried out on the basis of 7 educational organizations in Yoshkar-Ola and rural settlements of the Republic of Mari El. The study involved elementary school children studying in a resource class at a secondary school. Methods of assessment and schemes for identifying the level of social and psychological adaptation of elementary school children are reviewed. Research result. Positive dynamics of indicators of social and psychological adaptation could be observed. The following indicators were improved: emotional and volitional sphere, behavior in general, interaction with peers. All those components characterize the emotional and behavioral components of social competence. It is concluded that testing the model of psychological and pedagogical support for school children with autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disabilities, based on the cooperation of all subjects of the educational environment, is effective and advantageous.

- The work is devoted to the analysis of the relationship between the concept of primary military-environmental adaptation of military students. A brief description of the main directions of scientific analysis of the problem in the works of some domestic and foreign military teachers. The aim is to give a comparative description of the key approaches formed within the domestic and foreign socio-pedagogical schools. The most characteristic and typical problem sides of development of a complex of social and humanitarian disciplines by cadets in the system of higher military engineering education, including foreign military personnel, trained in military universities, are formulated. An attempt is made to outline the main problems and outlines of further research in this direction.
