    Abstract:
    The comprehensive development of the territory of the Russian Federation and its corresponding infrastructure has been a priority for not just many years, but centuries of the historical existence of our country. As a legacy from the USSR, and earlier from the Russian Empire, modern Russia simultaneously received a developed transport and related infrastructure at a basic level, corresponding to the realities of the 19th and 20th centuries, but on the other hand, already quite worn out, and often not changed since the 50s of the last century. The transformation of the country into a modern digital economy is happening at an accelerated pace, budget financing is growing, national projects and goals are regularly formed, infrastructure in Russia has been built haphazardly for several decades: there is no clear plan for the comprehensive development of territories, unified statistics and assessment of the state of infrastructure facilities. Infrastructure development is one of the key factors in economic growth and improving the quality of life of the population. However, the implementation of infrastructure projects requires significant financial costs, which cannot always be covered by budget funds. In this regard, the issue of finding effective ways to finance infrastructure projects becomes relevant. The purpose of this work is to study the possibilities of financing infrastructure projects and to develop practical recommendations for choosing the most effective financing methods based on the effective use of rational land management methods and management of available land resources.

    В статье раскрывается значение индексов условий банковского кредитования (УБК) в целях обеспечения стабильности банковской системы и платежеспособности населения. Сформулированы характерные тренды изменения индексов условий банковского кредитования населения в 2022 году в условиях санкционного давления. Проанализированы индексы УБК населения, что способствует пониманию процессов в сфере банковского кредитования.

    В статье проведен анализ основных показателей деятельности российских предприятий, занимающихся производством обуви. Исследована динамика производства обуви в натуральном и стоимостном выражении за последние 5 лет, а также выявлены факторы, оказывающие влияние на производственную активность предприятий. Проведен анализ основных показателей финансовой деятельности, а также структуры имущественного комплекса предприятий-производителей. Исследована видовая структура основных фондов, показатели их состояния и движения.
