    Abstract:
    Авторы статьи отмечают, что актуальность исследования обусловлена высокой динамикой развития дополнительного образования детей и необходимостью профессионального роста педагогических кадров в условиях модернизации системы по Концепции до 2030 г. Методическое сопровождение представляет собой целенаправленный процесс, связывающий теорию и практику, с функциями: диагностико-аналитической (изучение потребностей), моделирующей (разработка моделей), организационно-педагогической (координация), контрольно-коррекционной (оценка и корректировка) и научно-экспериментальной (внедрение инноваций). В городском округе «Город Йошкар-Ола» (2019–2024 гг.) в рамках нацпроекта «Образование» реализована Целевая модель через Муниципальный опорный центр ДОД (МОЦ ДОД): персонифицированный учет, независимая оценка качества, создание «Точек роста», «Кванториумов», «IT-куба», новые формы (заочные школы, дистанционные программы). Проведен Фестиваль «Радуга творческих идей». Цель — анализ содержания, функций и механизмов сопровождения; методология — анализ литературы и обобщение опыта. Результаты: систематизация подходов для повышения качества дополнительного образования, применимых в других учреждениях.

    Abstract:
    The chapter reveals the potential of mentoring as a «personalized support strategy» based on the maximum actualization of the creative potential of teachers and students. The experience of organizing mentoring within the framework of the «teacher-teacher» model is described, and the main stages of the work are characterized. Mentoring in the «student-pupil» form is also considered. Using specific examples from our own practice, it is proven that this form can be most holistically implemented in the course of joint design and research activities of mentors and mentees.

    Abstract:
    The article deals with systemic effects and problems of implementation of the target model for digital educational environment in the Russian Federation carried out as part of the federal project «Digital Educational Environment» of the national project «Education». Analysis of the legal framework which regulates development and phased implementation of the target model for digital educational environment has been performed. Proposals on improving the management of implementation of digital educational environment in institutions of general and secondary professional education in Russian Federation taking into account the real organizational and technological circumstances in sub-federal units of the Russian Federation has been put forward.
