  • Qualimetry of professional self-determination of students in the context of basic general education

    Abstract:
    The article addresses the issue of qualimetric analysis of professional self-determination among students within the context of basic general education. Based on theoretical and empirical research methods conducted at MBOU Secondary School No. 4 in Poltavskaya village, Krasnoarmeysky District, Krasnodar Krai, the study presents the results of diagnostics assessing the readiness of 9th-grade students for professional self-determination. The activities of the educational institution related to vocational guidance are analyzed, factors influencing the process of professional self-determination are identified, and a series of recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of this process are proposed. The article also emphasizes the importance of interaction between the school, parents, and social partners in implementing vocational guidance activities. The research findings confirm the necessity of a comprehensive approach to fostering students' readiness for choosing their future professio

    Abstract:
    В условиях стремительных изменений в обществе важность саморазвития и творческого роста учителей возрастает, что требует пересмотра традиционных подходов к образовательному процессу. В статье подчеркивается необходимость повышения квалификации педагогов как ключевого элемента успешной адаптации к новым условиям. Особенное внимание уделяется педагогическому мониторингу, который помогает отслеживать и развивать профессиональные компетенции учителей через систему аттестации и оценивания. Квалиметрический подход как новое направление в педагогике становится важным инструментом для научного управления процессом формирования компетенций, необходимым для соответствия современным образовательным стандартам (ФГОС). В заключение подчеркивается важность историко-методологического анализа проблем педагогического мониторинга для более глубокого понимания их закономерностей и факторов развития, что способствует улучшению качества образовательного процесса.

    Abstract:
    The article presents the results of a theoretical analysis of literary sources on the problem of human qualimetry and education. The relevance of this study is determined by the fact that at the moment the education system is undergoing serious changes due to the transition to the national system of higher education, which is largely determined by the spiritual and moral attitudes of specific teachers, Teachers, heads of the education system, both at the level of a specific educational organization and at the level of the Russian state. The scientific hypothesis of the theoretical study is the position that the Teacher's pedagogical skills, his professional and personal qualities, educational and educational technologies that he uses are fundamentally isomorphic to the quality of education reflected in the qualities of the Student's personality (education, upbringing). As research methods, the theoretical analysis of more than 100 works by A.I. Subetto and other authors is used from the position of applying the principles of isomorphism of professional and personal qualities of a Teacher in the educational, educational process of a Student. As a result of the theoretical analysis, 7 main positions of the Russian scientific qualimetric school in the field of education and personality are identified.
