    Abstract:
    The chapter investigates the transformation of the business analyst profession amid AI advancements and hybrid intelligence – synergistic human-machine cognition in decision-making. Relevance arises from technological shifts: cloud migrations, microservices architecture, AI integration in business processes. Drawing on theoretical frameworks and empirical data from Russian and international companies, it elucidates the intellectualization of socio-economic systems. The study justifies abandoning traditional business analysis for hybrid methodologies incorporating predictive and adaptive elements. A novel typology of business analyst roles is introduced: systems ecosystem designer, AI model interpreter, data architect, ethical navigator. Key competencies are identified: systems thinking, technical literacy, machine learning basics, product mindset, ethical evaluation. It is concluded that in the context of hybrid intelligence, there is not a replacement of a person by a machine, but a qualitative change in his role – the transition from a performer of routine operations to a strategic partner providing synergy of human judgment and the computing power of algorithms.

Эти проблемы требуют комплексного подхода для создания более эффективной образовательной среды. В статье рассматривается использование бизнес-анализа в образовательной сфере как инструмента для выявления проблем и разработки персонализированных решений. Основное внимание уделяется выявлению и анализу факторов, влияющих на качество образовательного процесса, с целью повышения уровня персонализации обучения и формирования эффективных решений, способствующих улучшению образовательных результатов.

    Abstract:
    The chapter reveals the essence, necessity, problems and ways to optimize computer software development activities. Theoretical approaches to the business analysis of this activity and the practical experience of LLC «ROSLABSYSTEM» are presented. In the course of the research, such methods as analysis, synthesis, classification, modeling, methods of statistics and mathematical analysis, comparative analysis, generalization, forecasting were used. Based on the results of the study, conclusions and suggestions were formulated: optimization of software development activities is an important step to improve the efficiency of the development team and improve the quality of the product, which ultimately has a positive effect on the company's business result; there are many ways to optimize software development activities. For LLC «ROSLABSYSTEM» it is recommended: creation of detailed technical specifications, automation of testing, training of employees, sale of developed modules. These recommendations will improve the quality of the product, reduce time and costs, as well as increase the competitiveness of the organization in the market and increase its profit.

Для долгосрочного стабильного развития требуется понимание не только состава заинтересованных сторон организации, но и их требования. Чтобы оценить взаимодействие предприятия с ними, в статье предлагается рассмотреть пример показателей, оценивающих выполнение требований различных групп стейкхолдеров, на примере ПАО «Газпром нефть».
