    Abstract:
    The article discusses some problematic issues related to the improvement of the system of military-patriotic education of Russian youth at the current stage. It analyzes the goals, objectives, and methods of military-patriotic education implemented by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, in particular, in cooperation with government agencies and public organizations. Special attention is given to a critical analysis of the regulatory legal framework, organizational forms, and practical results of activities in this area. Based on the results of a comparative legal analysis, certain proposals are formulated for using the experience of military-patriotic education in China, involving veterans of wars and armed conflicts.     Abstract:
    This article examines the problem of bullying in educational institutions as a risk factor for the psycho-emotional health of adolescents. Currently, educational institutions are gradually expanding beyond purely educational activities, which has fueled interest in reviving the idea of ​​education with an emphasis on traditional values ​​and moral and ethical norms. This study attempts to systematically analyze the complex problems that children face in modern family and school settings. Particular attention is paid to the psychological and social aspects of bullying, its consequences for adolescents, and the factors that contribute to the emergence of aggressive behavior among students. The article presents the results of empirical studies demonstrating the prevalence of bullying in educational institutions and its impact on the psycho-emotional state of adolescents.

    The chapter discusses the problem of determining liability for harm caused by self-driving cars. The article examines the legal relations that arise in connection with the infliction of harm by autonomous vehicles, as well as possible mechanisms for the distribution of responsibility between the participants in these relations. The relevance of the study is due to the rapid development of autonomous technologies and the simultaneous lack of clear legal regulatory mechanisms. An analysis of current approaches to the allocation of responsibility between manufacturers, owners and users of unmanned systems is proposed, as well as possible ways to address the identified legal gaps.

    The article discusses the basic characteristics of fatherhood, psychological readiness for fatherhood. The experimental study used: the questionnaire "Diagnosis of the level of moral and ethical responsibility of a person" (I.G. Tymoshchuk); the test questionnaire of parental attitude (A.Ya. Varga, V.V. Stolin); the method of T. Leary "Diagnosis of interpersonal relationships". As a result, the importance of students' moral and ethical responsibility in the context of adopting an unborn child was analyzed, as well as the importance of their own interaction with their father in developing their own family interaction strategy.

    The chapter is devoted to the formation of stable motivational guidelines among fire service employees in the process of their professional training. The psychological aspects of motivation, risk factors for emotional exhaustion, and methods for improving the effectiveness of rescuers are considered. Special attention is paid to the importance of setting clear goals, developing professional competencies, and fostering a sense of teamwork and mutual assistance. Recommendations are given on creating conditions conducive to the development of personal qualities necessary for successfully overcoming stressful situations and high readiness for emergency response. The necessity of regular psychological support and support for firefighters is substantiated in order to prevent the negative effects of prolonged exposure to extreme labor factors. The mechanisms of maintaining a high level of personal responsibility and awareness of the importance of the mission of saving the life and health of the population are being investigated.

    Abstract:
    The Fundamentals of the State Policy of the Russian Federation in the development of legal literacy and legal awareness of Citizens emphasize the importance of legal education and raising the level of legal culture. The All-Russian Legal Dictation has been initiated by the Russian Bar Association since 2017. Legal dictation was conducted in educational institutions of the Chuvash Republic, as well as in schools throughout the Russian Federation. This monograph provides an analysis of the results obtained. The responses of underage students were analyzed 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 classes. The results obtained indicate an average level of awareness of legal responsibility for various illegal acts. If the performance of tasks in grades 6, 7, and 8 differed slightly, then in comparative terms these classes differed from the results obtained in grades 9, 10, and 11. Based on the results obtained and their analysis, the tasks of forming and developing the legal culture of citizens and developing awareness of responsibility for illegal actions are considered important.

    The purpose of the article is to substantiate theoretically and confirm empirically the effectiveness of the technology of preparing future teachers for the formation of socially responsible behavior among adolescents in the context of professional training at a university, based on the study and critical analysis of scientific literature, generalization of native and own professional experience. This technology is based on the implementation of the following pedagogical conditions in the educational process: introduction of the problem of social responsibility into the course of psychological and pedagogical disciplines, involvement of students in the practice of developing programs for the formation of socially responsible behavior among adolescents, focusing on their implementation during pedagogical practice; creation of conditions for an active civic position and the formation of experience in professional and creative self-realization, participation in the volunteer and (or) volunteer movement, social projects. The article analyzes philosophical, psychological, pedagogical approaches to the concept of "social responsibility", "socially responsible behavior". The concept of "readiness of a teacher to form socially responsible behavior among adolescents" as an integral professional quality of an individual is revealed; criteria, indicators and levels of its formation are identified; approaches to its formation in university practice are analyzed, conditions for a successful solution of this problem in the context of professional training are substantiated.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the study is a historical analysis of the formation and development of Russian legislation governing the provision of medical services. The main regulatory legal acts regulating the healthcare sector throughout its history, from the time of Kievan Rus to the present, are presented. During the study, three key periods of development of legislation in the field of medicine were identified: pre-revolutionary, Soviet and post-Soviet. An analysis of sources and modern publications showed that this problem has worried the rulers of the Russian state since ancient times and has not lost its relevance in our time. For a long time, medical activity existed in isolation from law. Over time, society and the state as a whole began to understand the seriousness of the adverse consequences of medical activity. In conclusion, the authors conclude that with the development of law in the modern world, there is every reason to recognize the existence of medical law and create a single set of laws that will regulate relations between medical organizations, their employees and patients.

    The work is aimed at resolving the question: «How is «human metaphysics» possible?» The necessity of establishing an independent disciplinary status of this branch of metaphysics is substantiated. The contradictory constitution of its objectivity is shown: the subject is given through the metaphysical effort of man; the method is essentially identical to the subject. Human metaphysics acts as a process of realization of the metaphysical essence of man and at the same time as a reflection of this process, the theory of metaphysics. The following are distinguished as the basis of the theory of human metaphysics: the idea of the metaphysical essence of man and the idea of man as the ontological basis of existence. They form respectively two main trends of «human metaphysics»: philosophical-anthropological and ontological. In addition to them, epistemological, socio-philosophical, ethical trends were identified; the development of the last two of them is most in demand today.

    This paper analyzes the following principles of Russian education: the principle of state funding of science and education, the principle of state responsibility of scientists for the development of science and education, the principle of responsibility and continuity. The genesis and the ontological concepts of philosophy in soil science are shown, some of the main provisions of the scientific and the philosophical, pedagogical, organizational and exhibition activities of E.D. Nikitin are given, and it is indicated that he created scientific and philosophical theory, revealing the main regularities of the relationship between man and nature, homolaterally (theory of the unity of man and nature), highlighted the versatility of feedback, based on the understanding of which, E.D. Nikitin has identified and classified the variety of geosphere, atmosphere and biogeocenosis features of soils and undertook philosophical and scientific generalization on this issue. Continuity in the work of the department «Natural zoning and soil formation» from the 50s of the XX century to the present time is revealed.

    The article discusses the main ideas of the pedagogical concept of V. A. Sukhomlinsky, identifies their philosophical roots, points out the consonance with the ideas of world philosophy. The researcher poses the problem of creative rethinking by the great teacher of the teachings of Marxism-Leninism, in particular the code of the builder of communism, the question of the consonance of his doctrine to the humanistic ideas of world philosophy, the problem of conformity of the doctrine to a religious worldview. In work, generally, the comparative-historical method is used. The author comes to the conclusion that the direct philosophical foundations of the pedagogical concept of V. A. Sukhomlinsky are the Marxist-Leninist teaching, the creatively rethought code of the builder of communism, the philosophy of humanism of the Renaissance.
