- Abstract:
- This chapter conducts an interdisciplinary analysis of the genesis of constitutional anxiety rooted in the prenatal and perinatal experience of an individual. The phenomenon is considered through the prism of psychology, neuroscience, phenomenology, anatomy, neurophysiology, as well as esoteric and religious teachings, which allows us to form a holistic view of the mechanisms of the formation of the «unconscious body template». It is an incorporated emotional-hormonal complex of the mother, perceived by the fetus as its own basic reality. The paper postulates the need for the process of conscious disidentification with these prepersonal patterns as a key condition for the destructuring of pathological anxiety. Within the framework of the phenomenological approach, the process during which the conscious part of the psyche acquires the ability to observe and separate from unconscious bodily sensations, which leads to the cessation of the transmission of anxiety and the transition to a meta-position of understanding what is happening, is described in detail. Typical mistakes of psychotherapeutic practice that prevent effective work with this level of anxiety are analyzed. In conclusion, a specific step-by-step algorithm for psychotherapeutic work with clients is proposed, aimed at achieving a state of disidentification and gaining regulatory control over bodily and emotional states.

- Abstract:
- In the article examines the consolidation of the right to work at the constitutional level in the Russian Federation in the historical and legal aspect. The author came to the conclusion that the constitutionalization of the right to work, despite the presence of factory legislation in the Russian Empire, can only be discussed from the moment it was fixed in the Basic Law, which in our national history happened only in 1936 for the USSR and in 1937 for RSFSR. At the same time, the appearance in 1918 of the obligation to work, then reproduced in the subsequent union and republican constitutions in the 1920s, is not an element of the constitution of the right to work.

- Abstract:
- This article examines the essence and existence of traditional historical roots of culture, which have their expression in various forms, for example, in holidays. As a result of humanity's understanding of itself in the framework of real life, a holiday creates a portrait of the society of each era. It reflects the whole system of aesthetic, moral, ethical, religious criteria of society accumulated in the historical run of time. It is important to note that the article attempts to study not the history of the holiday tradition when we are dealing with the past, but with the way people relate to the past. The unique cultural image of each era is reflected in the festive sphere, representing a set of values, norms, cultural patterns of the state.
