    Abstract:
    In an unstable economic environment and increasing competition, financial stability is becoming a key factor in the survival and development of an enterprise. The presented work examines the essence and structure of the financial security system at the level of an economic entity, reveals internal and external threats that can affect the stability of the enterprise. Special attention is paid to the tools for diagnosing the financial condition, including the analysis of liquidity, solvency, financial stability and business activity. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the activities of a trading company, where the financial risks that limit the development of the enterprise are identified. Based on the results obtained, proposals have been formed to minimize the negative impact of factors.

    Abstract:
    The development of an effective management model of a company is the basis for a high indicator of its viability. The work uses the example of «Yandex» to demonstrate the author's evaluation of the amount of financial bankruptcy of firms. The author recommends applying a cost-based method to analyzing a company's financial health in order to identify the key lines of enterprise development, forecast future growth, and offer the primary strategies to enhance it.

    Abstract:
    Currently the business risk assessment monitoring becomes increasingly relevant for enterprises. The aim of the article is to determine to quantitative risk value of aggregate risk of enterprises located in two zones: one part in positive while the other in quite significant negative. The article resulted in development of the approaches enabling the firms to reduce aggregate risk in order to remove it from negative zone. This result is achieved with the help of application theoretical help of theoretical method.
