- Abstract:
- The paper considers the problem of preserving water quality of rivers, in the channel and floodplain part of which gold deposits are developed by open-pit mining. As a result of the study we have developed the simplest engineering solutions for the design of environmental hydraulic structures. Designs of these structures were implemented in the project of Korolevskoye alluvial gold deposit in Transbaikalia. The operation of these structures during the washing of gold-bearing sands in the floodplain part of the Amazar River prevented the contamination of its water by industrial wastewater. The use of a water circulation system in the technological process and the filling of settling tanks with filtration and rainwater gave a positive water balance of the deposit. These measures prevented the impact of gold mining on the Mogocha municipal water intake located near the facility. As a result of technical and biological reclamation of disturbed lands during the development of the deposit, this area may serve as a recreational zone for Mogocha residents. Profitability of production and its economic efficiency are established by economic calculations given in the study.

- Abstract:
- The article analyzes the state of demographic indicators, еmployment and unemployment in rural municipalities of the Novosibirsk region. It is shown that the economic stability of rural areas is to some extent related to the effectiveness of using the opportunities of socially oriented non-profit organizations (NPOs), whose activities can significantly reduce the negative manifestations of the budget deficit. Based on statistical data, rural municipal districts were ranked according to the degree of population loss. This allowed us to identify the correlation between demographic parameters and the activity of work in rural areas for the organization of so-called NGOs with applications and grant support. The degree of activity and effectiveness of socially-oriented NGOs in the manifestation of demographic indicators in areas, as well as their positive impact on reducing tension in society. The solution of employment issues of the rural population, including pensioners, ensures the progressive movement of territories to progress by involving the population in active labor and creative life.

- Abstract:
- The constitutions of many States set out the obligation of the government to guarantee a well-functioning and reliable system of protection against industrial injuries. Whether the government provides workers ' compensation insurance directly, or when it is delegated to a third party (special authorities or insurance companies), the government is still responsible for the operation of the system. The latter is of particular importance, since the settlement of claims for workers ' compensation insurance is of a long-term nature. An effective system of protection against industrial injuries and occupational diseases should be considered not only as a type of insurance but as an absolute need of the productive sector and as one of the foundations of social peace and economic stability.
