    Abstract:
    This scientific article examines the economic history of Russia and foreign countries, focusing on the key stages of the development of economic systems, their interaction and impact on the social and cultural development of societies. The evolution of economic structures from feudalism to the modern market economy is analyzed, and the main economic models used in different countries are considered. The article discusses global economic trends such as colonialism, industrialization and globalization, and their impact on Russia's economic development, including in the light of historical crises and reforms. The article also highlights the connection between economic changes and political processes, highlighting how economic history shaped national identity and international relations. In conclusion, a combination of the economic history of Russia and foreign countries is proposed, considering mutual influence and borrowing, which opens up new prospects for further research

  • Trends and prospects for the development of retail trade in Russia

    Abstract:
    The paper considers current trends in the development of retail trade in Russia and in the food and non-food segment, taking into account current problems and challenges, current trends in digitalization and the development of large networks, as well as e-commerce. The purpose of the study is to determine the prospects for further development of retail trade in Russia. Research methods: monographic analysis and synthesis, economic analysis (vertical, horizontal, coefficient), comparison and synthesis. Based on the results, a conclusion was made about the growing role of large trade networks in retail trade in Russia, although their share is not the same in all regions, about the consolidation of these networks and the creation of oligopolistic competition by them. It was also concluded that the share of Internet commerce in retail is growing, especially in the non-food segment, and the importance of large online marketplaces in retail trade in modern conditions is growing.

    The article is devoted to the process of formation of new classes of the Kazakh national bourgeoisie and the local proletariat, the penetration of new capitalist relations and foreign capital at the beginning of the XX century. Kazakhstan's entry into Russia was marked by the development of commodity relations, the development of industry and, as a result, the formation of the working class. The export of capital to the outskirts of the Russian Empire is increasing and Kazakhstan is being drawn into the world market. These and many other processes lead to social changes in Kazakh society, including the Kazakh baity adapting to the new economy of that time and Kazakh merchants-entrepreneurs and the petty bourgeoisie appear. The Kazakh bourgeoisie was an opposition to the tsarist authorities. Bourgeois industrial relations represented only one of the socio-economic structures on the eve of the revolution. The growth of the domestic pharmaceutical market is mainly driven by the implemented Pharma-2030 strategy, the main task of which is to increase the export potential of Russian pharmaceuticals, as well as to stimulate consumer spending on healthcare.

    The article analyzes the strategic objectives of Russian printing companies engaged in foreign economic activity. The analysis was carried out on the example of the printing house LLC "SHAR". The paper reveals the prerequisites for the analysis of strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT analysis) as an indispensable tool for a comprehensive analysis of a company planning to carry out foreign economic activity, and already carrying out it. A SWOT analysis of Shar LLC was carried out with a focus on the foreign economic activity of the enterprise. Recommendations are given. The conclusions are formulated.

    Abstract:
    The problem of the research is the identification of the weak and strengths of the innovative activity of the DIY segment (Do It Yourself). The object of the study is OP "Leroy Merlin Shopping Center" (Testers), OOO "LMV" (St.Petersburg, Ispitateley, 5). Theoretical and empirical research methods (PEST-analysis, SWOT-analysis, quantitative assessment of indicators, etc.) are used in the article. The strengths of innovative activity are revealed: price, assortment and management policy. Weaknesses: insufficient development of presentation tools and lack of innovative sales channels. The results of the analysis form the basis for developing a strategy for strengthening the innovation strategy of the trading enterprise.
