    Abstract:
    A system of innovative social and pedagogical technologies for organizing work with gifted children is presented in the article. Special attention is paid to the techniques of organizing dialogue, games, and stimulating social activity of pupils. The results of the social and pedagogical experiment showed the effectiveness of the described techniques in the conditions of social development of modern youth.
