- В статье рассматривается проблема развития коммуникативной компетентности молодых учителей начальных классов в рамках деятельности школьного методического объединения. Раскрывается содержание понятия и структура коммуникативной компетентности педагога, характеризуются типичные коммуникативные затруднения начинающих учителей в общении с учащимися, родителями и коллегами. Обосновываются организационно-педагогические условия, содержание и формы работы методического объединения, обеспечивающие эффективное и поэтапное развитие коммуникативной компетентности молодых педагогов. Особое внимание уделяется роли наставничества, активных и интерактивных методов обучения, а также диагностики профессиональных дефицитов начинающих учителей.

- The article addresses the current problem of the professional development of young teachers in the modern education system, characterized by rapid changes and high demands on teacher qualifications. The research aims to substantiate and test a set of effective technologies for implementing a mentoring model that promotes the successful adaptation and professional growth of young professionals. The article presents the results of a theoretical analysis of existing approaches to mentoring, systematizes modern technologies used in educational practice, and defines criteria for the effectiveness of these technologies. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of mentoring programs implemented in various regions. The article contains conclusions about the effectiveness of the developed mentoring model and recommendations for its implementation in educational institutions, including the need for clear criteria for selecting mentors, improving their qualifications, and an individual approach to each young specialist. It is emphasized that mentoring should be considered as a process of mutual enrichment and professional growth, creating a favorable environment for the development of pedagogical culture and improving the quality of education.

- The article is devoted to the preparation of young teachers to work with gifted children in the system of continuing education. The author outlines that activity of a young teacher with gifted children is a very responsible job that constantly requires the teacher to master professional skills, develop personal qualities, flexibility, emotional stability, and the ability to create individual and personalized programs designed for all types of pupils, including gifted children. The author comes to the conclusion that preparation of young teachers to work with smart and gifted children should be focused on improve their theoretical knowledge on the specifics of a gifted child’s psychology , as well as on the formation of professionally important qualities necessary to ensure the effectiveness of the educational process, which contributes to the improvement of skills, increase the general and psychological and pedagogical culture of a young teacher for the development of professional competence and ownership of the professional component in the system of continuing education.
