    Abstract:
    This article discusses the issues of the legal regime of the spouses' property. Family legal relations are among the most difficult from the point of view of regulatory regulation of the spheres of social life of society. This situation is due to the fact that these legal relations — including legal and moral (moral) prescriptions — are quite strongly interconnected. At the end of the 20th and beginning of the 21st centuries, significant socio-economic transformations took place in our country, which required a revision of many legal institutions, including civil and family legislation. Today, property relations between spouses are regulated by both family and civil legislation. This is due to both their nature and the need to ensure certainty in these relationships in the interests of both the spouses themselves and third parties, such as creditors, heirs, and others.     Статья посвящена исследованию правовой природы криптовалюты как объекта семейных правоотношений. Анализируются доктринальные подходы к определению криптовалюты в гражданском и семейном праве Российской Федерации. Выявляются основные проблемы, возникающие при разделе цифровых активов между супругами в процессе расторжения брака: квалификация криптовалюты как совместно нажитого имущества, доказывание факта наличия и стоимости цифровых активов, исполнение судебных решений.

    Abstract:
    Автор подчеркивает, что даже самый продолжительный и, возможно, крепкий брак может окончиться его расторжением и, cсоответственно, разделом имущества. Отмечается, что в состав имущества супругов могут входить не только материальные объекты и права требования, но и обязательства супругов, а именно: долги. Также автор отмечает, что в современной практике важное значение имеет является такой долг общим либо же личным одного из супругов. В статье рассматривается солидарная ответственность супругам по общим долгам.
