Однако их широкому внедрению мешают слабая доказательная база, проблема переноса навыков в реальные условия, высокая стоимость и сопротивление со стороны тренеров.

    Abstract:
    В статье исследуется влияние систематических занятий по физической подготовке на когнитивные способности и психофизическое состояние курсантов военных вузов. Представлены теоретические положения и эмпирические данные, подтверждающие, что физическая активность способствует улучшению внимания, памяти, мышления, эмоциональной устойчивости и общей работоспособности курсантов. Особое внимание уделено комплексной оценке физических, психологических и когнитивных показателей, а также выявлению взаимосвязи между уровнем физической подготовленности и учебной успеваемостью. Результаты исследования демонстрируют, что регулярные занятия физической подготовкой снижают уровень стресса, повышают когнитивную эффективность и способствуют гармоничному развитию личности курсантов военного вуза.

  • Participation in IT Startups as a Tool for Forming Soft Skills in IT Bachelor’s Degree Students

    In modern society, it is essential for any specialist to develop not only professional but also universal, so-called soft skills. These skills enhance professional competency (hard skills) by complementing it. For most employers in IT and technology companies, "soft" competencies are equally or even more important than professional ones. This leads to the conclusion that fostering soft skills in IT undergraduate students is necessary already at the university stage. This article explores the potential of participation in IT startups as a tool for developing soft skills in IT bachelor's students. It analyzes the concept and classification of soft skills, as well as key employer requirements for the soft skills of candidates at various IT position levels. The paper describes the experience of a group of IT bachelor's students participating in an acceleration program, during which the team completed an IT project to develop a low-code constructor for MiniApps. The stages of the project work are outlined, detailing the goals and content of activities at each stage, along with the associated opportunities for soft skills development. The results of the theoretical study indicated the high potential of student participation in such projects for soft skills formation, which was confirmed by a pedagogical experiment showing positive progress in student skill development.

    The professional education of future lawyers must prioritize the cultivation of resilience as a core competency. Resilience enables legal professionals to manage stress, prevent burnout, and sustain psychological well-being amid the demanding nature of legal practice. The legal field is characterized by high workloads, intellectual intensity, and emotional pressures arising from litigation, client relations, and decision-making under uncertainty. These conditions often lead to fatigue, irritability, and loss of motivation, ultimately impairing professional performance. Empirical research reveals that more than half of practicing lawyers report high or extreme levels of stress, frequently accompanied by emotional exhaustion and apathy. Contributing factors include excessive caseloads, exposure to distressing information, and the constant need to anticipate legal risks. As technology continues to transform the legal sphere particularly through artificial intelligence and automation lawyers face new challenges that require continuous learning digital literacy, and adaptability. Therefore, legal education should incorporate systematic approaches to strengthen students’ psychological preparedness. Evidence-based training programs focused on emotional regulation, communication, and self-management can help students build sustainable careers and maintain well-being. Integrating resilience development into the curriculum ensures that future lawyers remain effective, ethical, and mentally balanced professionals in an ever-changing legal and technological environment.

    The chapter examines the process of digital transformation in Russia, focusing on national projects aimed at developing digital competencies in the state, municipal, economic and social spheres until 2030. The analysis of existing approaches to the definition and classification of digital competencies is presented, key components such as digital literacy, culture and competence are highlighted. Attention is paid to the differences between digital and information competencies.   • A practice-oriented model for preparing future computer science teachers to implement elements of the digital educational environment

    This chapter addresses the pressing issue of modernizing the training of future computer science teachers at pedagogical universities. The research is motivated by a contradiction between the new requirements for a computer science teacher as an architect of the school's digital educational environment and the insufficient practice-oriented focus of existing curricula. Based on an analysis of graduates' professional deficits and regulatory challenges, the author develops and scientifically substantiates an original practice-oriented training model. Its core consists of specialized practical modules integrated into academic disciplines, aimed at building skills in deploying and administering key elements of the digital educational environment (Apache/Nginx web servers, DBMS, LMS Moodle). The methodological foundation is formed by competency-based and practice-oriented approaches; methods of theoretical analysis, pedagogical modeling, and approbation were used. The model's implementation is supported by a unique environment of educational server platforms («server sandbox," KVM platform). Approbation in the educational process of VGSPU confirmed the model's effectiveness, demonstrated by the development of students' readiness to assume the role of developer and administrator of an educational organization's digital infrastructure. The results are valuable for teacher training university lecturers and educational program developers.

  • The use of modern methods in preparing students for the GIA in biology

    The chapter is devoted to the problem of using online platforms in preparing schoolchildren for the State Final Assessment (GIA). The authors note that biology certification work requires graduates to know key concepts and terms, be able to formulate basic theories of biology, analyze and compare various processes and phenomena, and apply the knowledge gained in practice. At the moment, there are more and more diverse online simulators, which include all the subject areas, questions and tasks that are implemented in the final assessment of students. The chapter shows that in recent years, various modern approaches have been used to effectively prepare for the OGE and the Unified State Exam: activity-based, communicative, socio-cultural, competence-based, personality-oriented, etc. In their work, the authors consider the possibility of using, within the framework of problem-based learning, such technologies as: the use of drawing and ideographic methods, online simulators, case studies, and diagramming techniques.
