  • Development and experimental approbation of an educational organization management model focused on ensuring the country's technological sovereignty through highly qualified personnel training

    Abstract:
    The chapter reveals the conditions, mechanisms, and stages of organizing an experiment on the development and practical verification of a school management model within the framework of the all-Russian project «Science for the Regions 3.0», jointly with participants of «school – university – enterprise» consortia. The methodological framework of the study comprises anthropological and andragogical approaches. The experiment was based on the MIPT continuing professional education program «Effective Management of an Educational Organization», which involved 54 administrators from 18 regions of the Russian Federation. A comprehensive diagnostic toolkit and a comparative content analysis of the regional diagnostic maps of the Voronezh and Nizhny Novgorod regions were employed. An invariant coordination-network management model was substantiated and experimentally verified. Applied management tools were introduced: the «Checklist for Opening Specialized Classes» and local regulations for the functioning of agrotechnological consortia. The content of 7 training modules for the preparation of school principals is disclosed. The developed management model ensures a measurable contribution of schools to the training of highly qualified personnel, flexibly adapting federal standards to the specifics of particular regions (from the olympiad vector to the targeted demand for the Unified State Exam), which makes a direct contribution to ensuring the country's technological sovereignty.

Понятие коммуникация анализируется как фундаментальная категория через призму философско-антропологического подхода. Исследуется эволюция философских представлений о коммуникации, ее роль в развитии личности и общества как системообразующего фактора. В статье анализируется гуманистическая философская парадигма, в которой важную часть занимают коммуникативные процессы, представленные в их системной взаимосвязи. Определяется значение коммуникации для развития современной личности, и ее формирования в едином информационном пространстве.

    В статье рассматриваются актуальные проблемы формирования современной личности с позиции философской антропологии. Целью исследования является описание особенностей реализации личности в условиях цифрового мира. В работе указывается на усиление кризиса идентичности личности под влиянием общей маргинализации культуры, что приводит к распространению деструктивных форм поведения в информационной среде. Делается вывод о необходимости формирования новых (коллективных) культурных установок и потребностей, которые станут основой дальнейшей эволюции личности.
