    Covers a list of analytical and original scientific research, the result of creative activity in the field of creating innovations in costume design and communications, design and manufacturing technology of fashion industry objects; consideration of the concept of creating design products and solutions that are not only functional and comfortable, but also have deep aesthetic and cultural content. The implementation and elaboration of the designated concept is due to the fact that design and art are closely related and these large areas today are very closely intertwined, enriching each other. Design often takes inspiration from art, using its elements, techniques and ideas to create new products, services and spaces, and art, in turn, uses design methods and approaches to expand its influence and achieve greater relevance and social significance in relation to costume design on the example of the creativity of modern world designers and students of the Department of Computer Science and Design of ISOiP (branch) of DSTU in Shakhty.

    Abstract:
    This article describes the collection «Books published in Chuvashia during the Great Patriotic War», formed by digitizing documents from fund of the National Library of the Chuvash Republic. One of the leading areas in book publishing in 1941–1945 was mass-defense and military publications, also books of a practical nature devoted to improving the work of industry, agriculture, health problems, education and studing, collections of poetry, prose and publicism.

  • Tasks and Prospects of the Formation of Phonogram Archive of the Udmurt Institute of History, Language and Literature

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the formation and systematization of the phonogram archive of the Udmurt Institute of History, Language and Literature of the Udmurt Federal Research Center of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The purpose of the article is to analyze the history of the formation of funds, the features of digitization of sound media on compact cassettes and reel-to-reel tapes, to identify the current state of the sound laboratory of the Institute as the main academic storage of materials on the spiritual culture of the region. The article analysis condition of the magnetic carriers, the work of the sound laboratory. Importance of timely digitization of magnetic tapes in accordance with international standards is marked. The examples from personal experience are given. Much attention is paid to the results of the British project «Vanishing voices from the Uralic world». Due to the project, modern standards of work have been implemented in laboratory. In conclusion, the author emphasis the necessity of formation of a unified music library of Udmurt records at the Institute as the main base for the preservation of the cultural heritage of the Udmurt Republic.

    Abstract:
    This monograph deals with the problem of threshing and grain separation in two-phase threshing device of the combine. During combine harvesting, high-quality seeds of soya fall into the total mass of the grain, pass through the entire threshing stage by the first and second drums, cleaning, crushing into halves and small parts and sorted out after post-harvest processing. The authors conclude that with this soybean harvesting technology, more than 50% of the seeds are not receiving the natural resource of yield gain, since the different-quality seeds are not separated or collected separately during the operation of the air-screen cleaning of the combine. According to earlier studies, soybean yield losses are 2.7–3.3 dt/ha.
