    Abstract:
    The chapter presents the results of experimental work on the implementation of the design process for assessing the quality of the educational potential of interaction with the families of schoolchildren. Based on scientific approaches, the content and structural components of the concept of ‘educational potential of the family’ are explained, a set of psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of educational capabilities of parents is singled out, a set of diagnostic materials is compiled, including the assessment of all levels and components of educational potential. The educational program was the central tool for the effective development of the educational potential of students’ families in the process of interaction with the school at the formative stage of the experimental part of the study.

    Abstract:
    В ходе исследования рассматривались факторы, способствующие принятию студентами новых норм обучения во время пандемии COVID-19 и в постпандемийный период. Смешанный метод исследования опрос-интервью, проведенный на основе авторской анкеты, акцентирует внимание на количественных показателях. Результаты исследования позволяют предположить, что среда обучения является наиболее важным фактором, влияющим на готовность студентов к онлайн-обучению.

    Abstract:
    In this article, the problem of quality education in general and the question of investing in education in particular are studied. Modern consumers invest in their education, seeing in these investments the opportunity to increase their attractiveness and value in the labor market, and large organizations, industries invest in training of personnel, considering this contribution as a guarantee of their own survival in the conditions of global competition. The author notes changes and updates of investment directions in the field of education, as well as promising areas of activity in the secondary vocational education of Sevastopol.
