- Abstract:
- The process of formation and institutionalization of such a financial instrument as an offshore is discussed in this paper. The author analyzes offshore business and offshore companies, the process of integrating offshore business into the Russian economy. Such approach permits to investigate the introduction of the offshore, so called the implantation in the Russian economy adjusted for the economic, political, legal realities turned out in the Russian economy in the 90-th. In connection with this the special importance plays the investigation of the influence made by arising political and institutional market on implantation of the offshore into Russian economy.
