Автором проанализированы подходы к поддержке МСП в США, Китае, Германии и Южной Корее. Особый акцент сделан на сочетании жестких (субсидирование, локализация) и мягких (цифровые экосистемы, комплаенс) инструментов. В условиях геополитической фрагментации последних лет и постпандемийной трансформации цепочек поставок предложены механизмы обеспечения экономической безопасности предпринимательства для России, учитывающие ограничения санкционного режима и задачи пространственного развития,
