    Abstract:
    This article analyzes some features of the use of agricultural land and their disposal established by applicable law. Taking into account the peculiarities of the powers of owners and land useres, the key restrictions on the use of this category of land, as well as aspects of legal liability for violation of the regime of its operation, are considered.
