    Abstract:
    The biological features of Goniolimon speciosum (L.) Boiss growing in the conditions of the Akmola region (Kazakhstan) were studied. Due to their morphological and anatomical features, G. speciosum plants are able to grow under conditions of water deficit and increased soil salinity. G. speciosum has a powerful root system, a rosette of basal bare leaves, branched peduncles with corymbose-paniculate inflorescences. The type of leaf structure is dorsoventral, the stomatal apparatus is of the anomocytic type. On both sides of the leaf blade there are salt glands that secrete salt solutions, and the release of salts by such glands is observed in 7–9-day-old seedlings. The seed size is 0,3–0,5 mm. Seeds (both unstratified and laboratory stratified) showed high germination. Plants of this species are vulnerable in places of growth due to the increasing anthropogenic pressure on the steppe vegetation. Therefore, the problem of preserving the habitats of G. speciosum in this region, as well as further study of the biology, biochemistry, and plant resources of this species, is topical.

    Abstract:
    Introduction: As a full-fledged Bologna process participant, Kazakhstan is continuously implementing reforms aimed at medical education, impacting country's human capital. The professional capable of a lifelong learning is the main goal of modern education. The central role in reaching this goal is entrusted to the higher education. The relevance of our study lies within the curriculum changes with more hours for students’ independent work, which is the main method of obtaining reliable information and acquiring competence for lifelong learning. The aim of our study was to evaluate the students’ opinion on the self-study system at the Karaganda Medical University, revealing existing difficulties in the students’ acceptance of the Bologna process requirements, identifying methods to increase their involvement in self-education and scientific research. Materials and Methods: an anonymous survey was conducted among the 426 of the 3rd – 7th year and residency students, including 20 questions to identify students’ attitude to the individual work methodology as a factor for the development of skills for lifelong learning. Results and Discussion: the majority of students are voluntarily involved in the independent learning, understand its purpose, and use English-language sources with reliable up-to-date information. Less than half of the students evaluate their skills of information search and presentation as «average» and only about a quarter of them as «high». More than half of the students demonstrate interest in increasing their level of competence with these skills. Conclusions: Our study demonstrated that since the Republic of Kazakhstan accession to the BP the «Karaganda Medical University» successfully integrates new educational requirements into the educational process. Higher education system needs further improvement to better understand the students, remove barriers to progress and preserve students’ motivation to further develop personal potential.

    В статье доложены результаты изучения исторического пласта сотрудничества менеджеров советской Казахской республики со специалистами, представлявшими в прошлом партию и правительство Алаш (национальное движение, амнистированное большевиками в 1919 году; часть экс-Алаш деятелей делилась своим опытом и знаниями экономики края). Благодаря архивным источникам, переосмыслению подлежит вклад Алаш интеллигенции в дело обустройства региона, в тесной связи с Москвой и союзным Госпланом. Данный аспект не освещен в историографии ввиду того, что участники совещаний 1920 годов стали жертвами сталинских репрессий. Методы исследования лежат в разрезе методов научной диалектики, включая анализ-синтез, компаративистику и др. Результатами поиска следует считать выявление ценных источников и раритетных изданий 1920–1930 годов, равно как реконструкцию имен менеджеров раннего советского этапа.

    Представленное исследование раскрывает трудности первого этапа работы нефтепромыслов рассматриваемой области и их запуска на новых площадках сырьевой базы в начальный период военных лет. На примере одной тыловой области дается общая характеристика состояния нефтяной промышленности в рассматриваемый период. Проанализированы показатели выполнения и невыполнения плана работ. Характеризуется эксплуатационное и разведывательное бурение нефти, обосновываются простои скважин, излагаются недостатки, приведшие к снижению выработки топлива.

    Abstract:
    The article presents the results of studies on the creation of managerial tools for further use in public sphere. The main idea of a work is to create a transparent system of calculation of funds allocated by the state treasury for needy persons, as state assistance. Implementation of the project includes general study of properties and subtleties of working with big data, knowledge of mathematical logic, algebra and number theory, availability of programming skills. The Python was chosen as the programming language, as it includes a large number of libraries for comfortable work with data, and is visible in use. It should be noted that today the number of families with many children throughout the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is 340,377 thousand families, the number of families with a small income of about 391thousand pieces, the number of single parents receiving state benefits aspires to 125 thousand people. The existence of such an acute issue in the area of assistance to those in need encouraged the State to allocate funds to close the problem. The software platform studied in this article serves for visual information of citizens.
