  • Regional resource platform for lifelong learning as a potential for improving professional competences of teachers

    Abstract:
    The paper reveals the development potential of the republican resource platform of continuing professional education as a tool for effective functioning of the system of scientific and methodological support of teaching staff. The article presents the structure of the resource potential of the regional platform, defines its main characteristics and directions, develops proposals for the creation of the republican system of methodological support for teachers and changes in the structure, functional tasks in the field of continuing professional education and professional retraining. These measures are aimed at improving the potential of the regional system in implementing the state educational policy and solving socio-economic problems. The process of gradual change in the system of scientific and methodological support for teachers is presented, in which the basic part is in the competence of the regional institutional structure responsible for the implementation of programmes of additional professional education, and the variable part falls to universities and other entities that are part of the regional segment of the education system. The article formulates further prospects for the development of the proposed structure of scientific and methodological support for teachers, introduction of new educational programmes and technologies, as well as research and analysis of the effectiveness of the applied practices. As a result of the practice implementation, the main vectors of regional policy development in the sphere of additional professional education of teachers and human resources potential of the Chuvash Republic are proposed.

    Abstract:
    In the chapter of the monograph an organizational and activity model of project-organized advanced additional professional pedagogical education (hereinafter referred to as APPE) is presented, which is the basis for the activities of the center for scientific and methodological support of teachers of the K. Minin State Pedagogical University based on the analysis of scientific approaches to the development of the category "advanced education". A universal way of solving urgent problems of evolutionary improvement of the system of vocational education and training and an organizational and managerial mechanism for building a space of opportunities for continuous professional development of teachers is proposed.

    Abstract:
    The concepts of the process of forming professional mobility of students and the technology of supporting the process of forming professional mobility of future bachelors in adaptive physical education are specified in the article. The analyzed technology involves a phased implementation. The article highlights the motivational-target, cognitive-operational and reflective-diagnostic stages. At these stages, psychological, pedagogical, scientific, methodological and social support is provided for the formation of professional mobility of future bachelors in adaptive physical education.

    В статье представлены три основных направления деятельности Центра поддержки одаренных детей Саратовского национального исследовательского государственного университета имени Н.Г. Чернышевского: выявление одаренности, поддержка одаренности через создание условий для реализации возможностей способных, талантливых детей в научной, творческой среде университета, научно-методическое сопровождение работы с одаренными детьми. Представлены результаты эмпирического исследования связи самооценки креативности с ее фактическим проявлением, полученные при помощи тестов проб; проведен корреляционный анализ связи результатов тестов проб креативности и интеллекта. Описаны основные формы работы с одаренными и мотивированными школьниками 7–11 классов. Охарактеризовано научно-методическое сопровождение работы с одаренными детьми.
