    Abstract:
    The purpose of this article is to reveal one of the main socio-economic problems of Russia - unemployment. An analysis was carried out on this topic, namely: the dynamics of the unemployment rate in Russia and the Republic of Bashkortostan were examined, the structures for which the unemployment rate is the highest or lowest were analyzed, the causes of unemployment and measures to reduce its level were identified.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается сущность безработицы, её виды и последствия. Каждый из рассмотренных видов безработицы имеет объективные причины возникновения, которые были проанализированы в данной работе. Был осуществлён анализ статистических данных, которые отражают текущее положение страны с точки зрения проблемы безработицы, выявлены определённые тенденции. Также были проанализированы последствия безработицы для различных сфер общества с учётом двойственного характера данного явления. Результатом исследования являются выводы о влиянии безработицы на общество как на систему, подчиняющуюся законам организации, и рекомендации по преодолению проблемы квалификационной ямы как частного случая структурной безработицы.
