    В статье исследуется развитие дополнительных социальных и личностных качеств старшеклассников профильных IT-классов как ключевой аспект их подготовки к профессиональной и социальной жизни. Анализ теоретических основ показал, что эти качества включают навыки общения, сотрудничества, креативности и ответственности. В работе представлены технологии для развития дополнительных социально значимых качеств, а также исследуется перспектива интеграции цифровых инструментов для адаптации образовательного процесса к требованиям современного общества.

    Abstract:
    The results of theoretical research of professional activity of teachers of military high school are presented in present work. It is noted that such components as the personality of the teacher, pedagogical activity and pedagogical communication in a complex form the system of the organization of work of the teacher of technical disciplines. The expert survey of teachers allowed to determine the necessary socially significant qualities of teachers of technical disciplines of military university in professional activities.
