    Abstract:
    The chapter deals with the issues of software for customs activities during the implementation of the «Strategy for the development of the Federal Customs Service of Russia until 2020». The fiscal activity of the medium-term time lag in the period 2018–2020 is analyzed. The relevance of the material stems from the peculiarities of the modern international situation, when sanctions from a number of unfriendly countries in relation to Russia are trying to put our country in unequal partnership relations. Based on this, based on the experience already accumulated, it is necessary to create new tools and models for the intensification of processes in foreign economic activity. In order not to repeat the previous mistakes, a retrospective analysis is required. The features of the theoretical layer of methodological developments are supplemented by empirical data from statistical reports, which allows achieving optimal balance in the preparation of conclusions. During the preparation of the material, the method of multifactor analysis, system, complex, process and situational approaches were used. The accumulated layer of research can be equally interesting both for theorists dealing with issues of foreign economic activity and for practitioners from customs organizations.

    The article is devoted to the issues of updating the integration processes in the field of higher university education in order to increase its potential in modern social conditions. The author's position on the need to study the issues of the implementation of the integration process in various options and vectors of orientation has been substantiated. The analysis of the existing practice of integration as the basis for building the future system of higher education, taking into account the forecasts of the development of the country and society. The possibilities of the university in solving priority educational tasks by means of unification and interaction are revealed educational institutions of different levels and status, on an international, regional and interuniversity network scale. The prospects for cooperation of educational and socially oriented communities and subjects with each other and with society in order to provide mutual support and achieve common targets

    Статья посвящена проблемам правовой политики в сфере интеграционных процессов. Определение понятия правовой политики на теоретическом уровне представляет собой достаточно сложную задачу, решение которой предлагается учеными применительно к целям и предмету конкретного исследования. Автором предложено свое видение состава элементов правовой политики. Современный этап развития интеграционных процессов Российской Федерации отражает противоречия и сложности международно-правовой обстановки, что выражается в отсутствии задачи правовой интеграции в мировое и европейское сообщество в качестве приоритетной. Вместе с тем пересмотр и выработка новых ориентиров правовой политики в сфере интеграционных процессов, которые имеют объективный характер, крайне важна для позиционирования Российской Федерации в мире и ее эффективного социально-экономического развития.
