    Abstract:
    The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of the narrative approach in psychology and coaching. The analysis of the approach is conducted through the lens of how a person perceives and structures information, forms a story, and how their consciousness functions. It explores methods and techniques that enhance the efficiency of this process and facilitate the delivery of information to the individual. Further directions for deepening the narrative approach are proposed, both in the theoretical domain and in practical application.

Уточнены негативные последствия СМК: манипулирование сознанием, разрушительное воздействие на человека. Авторами предлагается философская трактовка понятия «коммуникация», приводится мнение Аристотеля, высказывания Платона. Глобальные проблемы коммуникации и перспективы их преодоления объясняют актуальность исследуемой проблемы.

Описываются языковые номинации, вызывающие негативные эмоциональные состояния у языковой личности, которая рефлексирует факты, ситуации и события, происходящие в современном мире и комментирующиеся в СМИ.

    Abstract:
    The article discusses the conceptual signs of a paradigm shift in the modern scientific and pedagogical outlook in relation to psychological and phenomenological aspects of the perspectives of competence-based education. An attempt is made in outlining of the methodological specificities of the educational paradigm in the context of conditions of realization of Federal state educational standards of the third generation. The significance of the psychological aspects of technologies of mass communication in the paradigm of formation of professional competence of the specialist was conclusively determined. The assumption was formulated, according to which the formation of research competences of the student's personality has paradigmatic characteristics, because the educational situation at the level of didactic technologies is characterized by interactivity and integrative.
