- Abstract:
- The article examines the peer-to-peer model as an innovative approach to bullying prevention in the educational environment. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research, the effectiveness of peer education in developing defending behavior, empathy, and transforming group norms among schoolchildren is substantiated. The mechanisms of peer-to-peer interventions' impact on the emotional and behavioral spheres of participants in the educational process are revealed. Various forms of the model implementation are analyzed – from peer education programs to mediation and social theater. The pedagogical conditions and limitations of implementing peer-to-peer approaches in school practice are substantiated, and promising directions for further research are identified.

- The proposed model aims to prevent bullying by organizing extracurricular activities and classes that foster a positive atmosphere among adolescents and develop communication skills, empathy, and tolerance. The model incorporates a comprehensive approach, including play-based activities, personal growth training, group discussions, sports events, and creative workshops. The main goals of the model are to increase adolescent awareness of the consequences of bullying, develop constructive conflict resolution skills, and strengthen emotional resilience and self-confidence.
