    Abstract:
    The article analyzes the key factors influencing the formation of professional readiness among high school students. It examines the internal (personal, cognitive, and motivational) and external (family, school, social environment, and labor market) determinants of the process of professional self-determination. Special attention is given to the role of pedagogical support, interaction with external institutions, and the influence of digital technologies. Based on the analysis of current research, the article provides recommendations for improving the system of career guidance in schools.

    The article considers the experience of preserving the psychological health of schoolchildren in the conditions of a child and adolescent center. The author analyzes two levels responsible for maintaining the psychological health of students at the district and regional levels. A number of additional General education and General development programs and three public organizations that contribute to the multi-faceted development of the individual and increase psychological health are also considered in the work.
