    The development of the electronic economy, due to the widespread use of information and communication technologies, and the emergence of new specific types of virtual business operating on the Internet, require a revision of the theoretical and methodological concepts traditionally used in the analysis and evaluation of a typical business. Therefore, the study of a virtual business as an object of valuation is quite relevant, since it has special value factors and risks associated with the specifics of this business. Particular attention is paid to such a representative of a virtual business as advertising exchange, since it is important to take into account the specific factors and risks of this type of electronic commerce when conducting a valuation, which is a promising goal of the author in his further research.

    Abstract:
    The article considers the intelligent automation of decision-making and management procedures that is being implemented in many areas of socio-economic practice, including financial and credit business processes, in trade and e-commerce (customer profiling, marketing micro-targeting), telecommunications, industry (technological control, robotics, neurocontrol, strategic planning and forecasting), intelligent automation also came to business management, to public administration. It is claimed that automation of personnel management is expanding (monitoring compliance with requirements, profiling and assessing KPIs, predicting conflicts and violations), unmanned vehicles and other neural network automation are used in medicine, the transport industry and agriculture; smart technologies come to education (in Moscow, a system of predictive analytics of the digital footprint of students is being tested to optimize and target educational services, help orientate in the future profession). The use of cognitive technologies in the creation of expert, advisory systems, decision support systems provides not only convenience and savings in time and effort, but gives rise to a variety of organizational, economic, ethical, social problems, giving rise to new risks. This study provides an overview of intelligent technologies that are used in social management, threats associated with the practical use of intelligent automation tools and decision support, ways and measures to reduce some of the risks associated with these threats.

    Abstract:
    The actual problem of our time at the enterprises of the Kuzbass coal industry is the moment of ensuring the psychological security of the employee's personality. Psychological security is a fairly broad concept that includes many components and is exposed to various factors [2]. The aim of the study is to consider the importance of self-regulation of the individual as a condition for ensuring the safety of the subject of professional activity. The following methods and techniques were used in the study: The method "Style of self-regulation of behavior" by V. I. Morosanova; Test "Meaning-life orientations" by D. A. Leontiev; Questionnaire by H. Zachera and M. Freze "Professional time perspective of the future". The research is based on the development and testing of the technology of psychological and pedagogical influence in the form of reflexive seminars, which allows to increase the level of awareness of self-regulation of subjects of professional activity.

    The authors analyze the current state of formation of the level of life safety culture of secondary school students.     The present article examines the strategy of interaction of the state and small business as a factor of innovative development – which is a very topical issue, since small innovative businesses are enterprises that are on the balance of industrial property applied objects (patents, utility models, industrial designs), as well as those that systematize and protect intellectual property from commercial secrets. At the same time, the innovation activity of small business, according to the authors, is not a custom-made industry, as a rule, this industry requires more development than funding. In this connection, for the formation of innovative forms and the implementation of their activities, commercialization, expansion of strategic management, and the accession of subjects of state innovation institutions, it is necessary to create an adaptive environment for the development of small business.

E-learning is defined as a form of learning in which the transfer of knowledge takes place electronically. It is carried out through information and communication technologies. Today, e-learning is quite different and is widely used in both academic and corporate environments. It is described as one of the educational challenges of the modern age and is argued with the progress of information technology.     The article is devoted to a particularly important problem for higher education: the possible risks in the interaction between the university lecturer and the students in the conditions of the pandemic caused by COVID-19. Views of various university professors on the problem are presented. Special attention is paid to several possible risks in the interaction between university lecturer and students: disruption of normal human communication; the state of modern technology – the Internet and the computer; the readiness of the two subjects – the university lecturer and the students to communicate optimally in the Internet space, realizing the two main forms of education: online learning and distance learning; the identification of the two forms of organization of the interaction between the university lecturer and the student in the conditions of a pandemic – online learning and distance learning; the overcrowding of the university lecturer when using online learning or distance learning, which has a negative impact on his health.

    The authors of the article emphasizes that the development of agro-industrial complex in our country is not only due to the formation of agricultural holdings, but also through the development of small business patterns. Taking into consideration the fact that large retail chains prefer to work with companies that can supply a high volume of goods at once, they are not interested in farmers who supply low volume of output. It is noted that the seasonal nature of agricultural output also increases the risk of product damage during storage. This risk is especially increased if the storage conditions are not met. It is found out that small-scale peasant business patterns are not able to maintain storage facilities that will meet different storage conditions for different types of products. Accordingly, for them, the problem of the risk of damage and loss of grown products due to non-compliance with storage conditions is more acute. The situation under consideration determines the relevance of the stated topic. The purpose of the study is to clarify the main goals and objectives of the formation of a modern storage system for agricultural products as the main factor in reducing the risk of its damage and loss. The study was conducted in several stages: the institutional framework for the formation of storage systems for agricultural products was studied; the institutional structure of the Central Federal district to create a modern system for storing agricultural raw materials and goods was systematized; target installations for placement of agricultural products storage enterprises in the context of the Central Federal district regions have been defined.

    This article examines the problems of formation and subsequent management of economic security of the subjects of the agricultural sector of the economy (on the example of the existing agricultural enterprise LLP «ABC»). The study was conducted using analytical, statistical, graphical methods, as well as the method of situational analysis. The result of the study was the development and updating of a step-by-step model of formation and management of the system of economic security of agricultural producers. The application of this model will allow, firstly, to identify the main threats that damage the efficiency of economic entities; secondly, to take timely measures to neutralize threats.

    Abstract:
    Innovation and investment attractiveness of the agricultural region is considered in the article. The author defines the concept of investment attractiveness as well as its evaluation techniques. Using qualitative technique and method of scoring the author analyses innovation and investment attractiveness of the agricultural region drawing on the example of Kostanay region, the Republic of Kazakhstan. Based on the data obtained, the author concludes that the Kostanay region does not occupy the leading positions in the Republic of Kazakhstan in attracting investments, having an average rating according to the Kazakhstan Rating Agency «Expert RA» (2B – low potential / moderate risk). The directions for improving effectiveness of investment activities in the region are determined.

    The economic and legal aspects of the organization of the American system of insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases in the United States of America are analyzed in the paper. The first part of the monograph presents a comprehensive overview of various methods of financing and ways to monitor insurance schemes, as well as the practical implementation of various approaches. The authors described various systems, disclosed the principles of evaluation, and methods for creating flexible schemes.     The article presents a comparative analysis of the nature and content of the concepts of risk and business reputation of the organization. The factors that may affect the process of digitalization of the economy in Russia are identified. The relationship between digitalization of the economy and the business reputation of industrial companies is defined. The refined definition of risk suggests considering risk as an economic phenomenon, which is an integral element of all socio-economic processes that occur in the organization, and is able to lead the system out of balance and, consequently, either improve its performance, or lead to undesirable losses, or destroy. The complete concept of business reputation is that it defines it as a stable representation in the minds of contractors of the organization (consumers, government agencies, suppliers, commercial banks) about the good faith of the fulfillment of its obligations, a high level of quality of the products of the efficiency of the implementation of business contracts. The interrelation between increase in business reputation and growth of competitiveness of the industrial organizations is shown. The quantitative index for assessing the level of goodwill by the dynamics of the revealed violations of the organizations in the industry is proposed. The dynamics of this indicator of industrial organizations of the Russian Federation in 2011–2017 is investigated. Such directions of reducing the risk of business reputation of the industrial organization of the Russian Federation as the development of tools for motivating personnel, the intensification of the use of professional psychological assistance for employees and management of industrial companies, the movement of their business reputation in social networks, the improvement of PR-companies of industrial enterprises, the development of self-regulatory organizations of the industry and the intensification of their activities in the management of the process of ensuring business reputation are revealed. The necessity of formation of independent qualified ratings of business reputation of domestic industrial companies formed in the context of sub-sectors of a particular sector of the economy and regions of the Russian Federation is shown.
